The youngest sister's plot was added because Beatrice was pregnant in real life so they had to create the same plot for her character because she was starting to show. I remember the plot was added quite literally from week to another, hence the "filler" feel and the rushness.

I think so far the difference is with the length of each episode. For example, the tv version has 58min/37~min episodes while the dvd version has consistent 43/44min episodes. Not sure if down the road they'll have any changes regarding cut scenes. So far, no.

I think you shouldn't worry, they are indeed happening in this version too (they are all over the promos, teaserrs, a lot of scenes are even super similar to the original Minwoo/Mijoo plotlines). At first he will be "after" Han Jun but he soon meets Qi Xi, which will start their plot together. Even the correlation charts shows them as lovers/in love :) don't worry, they will happen here as they do on Giant.
