She's one of my favourite underrated actresses. I think she's really competent, likeable and hard-working. I may not be interested in the drama itself, but she's always a plus.
Why is Lee Yoon Hoo a main character in this drama? If so then Il Rak, Min Hee, Shi Won, Soo Min should all be…
I understand what you mean, and he might have the same importance as the rest of the orchestra, but putting him next to Yoo Jin and Naeil in terms of main characters is a little exaggerated, in my opinion.
So many favourites on this article. I can't listen to Flavor of Life or Planetarium without it bringing some serious feels because HYD was my very first drama. Those two songs are amazing, nostalgic.
I also love I for You and Practical Joke.
Some of my other faves are 零 by Alan Kuo from MARS' soundtrack, the Love Theme from Arang and the Magistrate and Sometime by Kim Tae Hyun from My Spring Days' OST.
Thank you so much for this blast from the past. I can't wait for more OST articles :D
Mine would be: Shiritsu Bakaleya Koukou (I know how subpar the acting is and how bland the plot can be, but I love these kids so much) and Come! Jang Bo Ri (loved every minute, would watch five more of these). I probably have more, but these are the main ones.
based from ep 6, i think Cha Dol is the lost son of that rich woman who went to the adoption agency. But she's…
I think so, too. The actress looks a bit younger yes, but the character's age could totally fit with being his mom - he's in college, so he's about what, 20-21? If she's in her 40s, she had him in her 20s. Totally possible & very likely :)
Awesome review even though I didn't watch (well, now - nor plan :D) the drama. Very straight forward, raw and doesn't hold back. Thank you for sharing your thoughts :)
So far i somewhat like it, it is pretty intresting but the thing that frustrates me is HYM, like i thought she…
I think she lacks experience and some backbone :)
It's hard to fit in when you're a rookie, moreover she's a woman (unfortunately, it makes her vulnerable in her line of work, even if she's totally "badass", and that combined with her lack of experience makes it all more difficult). I find her pretty interesting too. It would be odd if she got everything right on her first try. Dong Chi already knows his way around the cases, not to mention he knows the chief, the team, how the office works. He said that Yeol Moo can't bluff yet, which is something she learns with the job, not at school.
Viki now has the license too, so there (although the subs might take a few days) Darksmurfsubs and of course all the other streaming sites in case you can't access Viki :)
Pretty complete and awesome guide. Thank you :)
