I don't think her studio will see it that way. They will probably keep accepting these type of roles. This drama made money, passerbys liked her acting and industry professionals can see her strenght. At the end of the day, plagiarism is not actors fault. It's a bit of a shame that acting awards will be hard, but i believe this a step in the right direction. A lot of chinese hits were plagiarized like Princesd Agents, a few Yu Zheng dramas etc, and people still like them.

So many dramas were plagiarized and not taken down.. Guo Jiming and Yu Zheng had 100 writers and related professions signing a document for them to get banned, and nothing happened. They need to go to court and after the veredict the writer and platform will need to pay a fine. Weibo always has a lot of trolls and fandoms trying to add to the mess.

A few months ago, i saw a comment saying that Sword Rose team was incompetent and didn't ask for a special license before filming, so its taking longer. Apparently, for dramas with public officials a special license is needed. I saw a couple crime dramas and i don't think Sword Rose content is too heavy for release . Drifting Away finished filming fast and aired fast, and that one has brutal murders. I also don't think tencent is holding this on purpose, their only goal is to make money so it doesn't make sense.

Very hard to believe its not plagiarized. Iqiyi has released a statement saying they bought the rights to the novel and the writer is liable for any content being plagiarized. It won't affect the actors or the popularity of the drama. They are not responsible. Yu Zheng is a known plagiarist and its still roaming free, his works still accessible.

Now for final thoughts: i have zero sympathy for these criminals. 18 to 19 murders, they tortured, raped the victims and only care about themselves and their family. They don't care about other peoples daughters, like Deng Ligang said: "they didn't give birth to me", so that makes them less human? Song Hongyu was torturing the girls,even if she didn't kill one of them she deserved the death penalty. Watching her work on her rehabilitation to see her kid faster, so delusional. I wish police could torture criminals like these, death or life imprisonement too soft. Finally for people who likes watching scumbags get tortured watch Family Matters. Warning that is very bloody.

I have finished guys so for people wanting to watch diverse cdramas i recommend:
1- The bad kids: crime witnessed by kids and how they deal with the situation. Amazing child actors;
2- To the wonder: ethnic minorities living in Xinjiang. Amazing cinematography, a very beautiful drama;
3- Regeneration:ML with fake identity scamming people;
4- Fake it till you make it: this one is a romance around the business district in Beijing. Slow pace, a lot of investment banking talk 🤣, and hot romance 😉. The OST is incredible;

And of course RESET with Zhao Jinmai , if you haven't watched it shame on you, shame on your family, shame on your friends...🤣🤣.

I want to watch The Knockout and The long Season next, they have very good reviews.

So surprising that the captain recommends police academy, i have seen so many crime dramas that encourage victims to stay far away from anything related to their crimes/trauma.

Every remorse/guilt they feel is just disgusting to me, they enjoy torturing the girls a little too much. Song Hongyu the victim/accomplice cried telling her story, but tortured the girls so much. I can see she has second thoughts, she is not completely happy with this life but she enjoys torturing too much for my liking. These are brutal murders, all of them need a complete lack of morals and a strong stomach. So being forced is not a good excuse.

I like zlh in a few dramas, not all, and i don't think thy had bad chemistry. I actually didn't like the plot and direction of PR, i have it onhold and i'll see if i give it another chance.
