I wish she had spent more time with Kamekichi when they were reunited (ep7). It was great that she instantly recognized him. Misa assuredly knows that turtle makes great eye contact. They should have engaged for a moment! IMO that needed to happen to sell the scene, which moved on too quickly to the Christmas tree. Lame.

OTOH, there is a huge age difference between the office manager who got the broken arm instead of the office worker's daughter in the original timeline.
Ep 4 The ladies are in Paradise, voting for one of the three new guys to come to Inferno, but they are filling out TRAIN tickets from Inferno TO Paradise. Where's the train? We misunderstood the meaning of the comment but then got the meaning after it was clarified, which was nice. The best solution to imperfect speech is more speech, not censorship. This is true both for anyone seeking to understand of what another meant and for anyone seeking to improve their understanding of English.

I appreciate the clarification, which is important because the word used (borrowed) conveyed the exact opposite of the intended meaning (lent), resulting in a statement which was both factually inaccurate and entirely misleading.
I understand why so many viewers get frustrated when the FL goes to Japan. I chose to wait until all the episodes dropped to continue, but I keep pausing the show in abject frustration. The ML is such a terrible child. We've seen chaebol comeuppance stories before. But he is more villain than would-be hero. Sure the actor is doing a great job, but the character is despicable for far too long. He puts so much more energy into trying to keep his secrets than in helping the restaurant grow, fostering interpersonal relationships, or personal growth. The battle over the recipe book was the final straw, for me. I can't tolerate watching this even though I'd like to see the "happy ending". Dropped.
