I take back my comment about Pekora being reasonable. I was SOOOOOO WROOOONG! Forgive me! PLEASE!

They are allowing KSH & GoldMedalist every chance to:
a) apologize and admit the truth (of the true start to the relationsiop), or
b) keep digging his/their own grave (so to speak. Sorry my idiom is in poor taste)

So far this strategy is working extremely well. I predict future cyber journalists will use this as a case study!

Ay Yai Yai Pekora! And I was just defending you to some of these people, saying you were reasonable and that we were having a good conversation.

But now I'll have to block you just so I don't have to scroll through all this nonsense every time I refresh this page. I see your point, but your method of expressing yourself is very immature. Kind of like pooping in the playground sandbox. Yuck! (I'll give it some time so you can hopefully see this comment.) ✌🏼

For once, business as usual (threats, bribes, weaponized reporters) isn't working. There is an angel above and rational people giving the family the best advice (or it is they themselves who have risen to the occasion!)

Fortunately, this time (so far) they are proceeding carefully with a very measured, reasonable and effective strategy. And it's working! GoldMedalist keeps getting caught in lie after lie after lie. If it weren't so tragic, it'd be amazing. I predict online journalists will be studying this case for a long time.

That's gonna be difficult to pin down. Unless KSH makes a full confession, which is extremely unlikely.

It's very shrewd to slowly release ever-more-damning evidence. KSH could put a stop to this at any time by admitting the truth, so he only has himself to blame for this public humiliation.

The point is that it invalidates every statement issued by GoldMedalist thus far by contradicting the timeframe for their relationship. IOW, KSH's team is still lying and this proves it. (Previously, they had floated the lie that there never was any relationship. When that failed, they said the relationship started a year after this video was recorded.)

One side in this is consistently proven to be accurate and the other side keeps changing their story to accommodate new facts as they are revealed. Drip, drip, drip…

The first certified letter was sent on 3.15.2024 immediately after she uploaded that partial 2-faces photo to social media along with threats of repercussions related to harm to QOT which was airing at the time. She complied with their demands and immediately deleted the post with the photo.
The 2nd certified letter was sent 10 days later.
Their (KSH/GM's) excuse, the timing, & the ghosting do not pass the smell test, so to speak. IOW, it stinks to high heaven and their explanation is lame, at best. (To whom and how much are they paying for this "expert" advice, I wonder?)

The TV show they were watching is from 2018 (she was ~18) but this still refutes another lie by KSH & GM!

There is no way by any standard that KSH suffered or is now suffering anything close to the same loss KSR herself suffered.

KSH gaslit KSR into thinking she once again owed massive debts (she didn't), then ghosted her when she sought clarification, and when she finally managed to reach out to him directly with a desperate plea for help, he threw her to the wolves (solicited vicious reporters to harass her).

As I posted just below, the two certified letters from GoldMedalist last march threatening to resurrect her already-forgiven debt was only a very cruel ruse intended to scare her and keep her from uploading photos & exposing their relationship.

The family knew about the 1st certified letter, but they only found the 2nd letter after she had already passed (while emptying her apartment and going through her stuff.) And GM only just today admitted it was all a bluff (although there is room to speculate this was implied in the fine print of #2. Someone else can clarify this point.)

There really isn't much difference between KSH and GM, except in the legal sense. KSH founded GM. And the CEO of GM is KSH's half-brother (aka cousin). They own it. It's their company and their fine damn mess.

GoldMedalist is positively desperate to put an end to this. They have already offered huge sums of money. They will pay whatever it costs. I hope it costs them EVERYTHING!

GoldMedalist just admitted some damning truths just today in their most recent statement (#8).

1. They never had any actual cause to elicit money from her—not for the car accident, and not for any harm to Queen of Tears. Legally they couldn't. The two threatening certified letters were 'merely' intended to strike fear into her so she wouldn't release more photos and reveal the relationship.

2. They finally admitted KSR didn't really owe anything, actually. Surprise! (sic)

3. GoldMedalist ghosted KSR when she was desperately reaching out for clarification. And when she used her cousins' phone to contact KSH directly with a plea for help, he callously gave out the number to WEAPONIZED MEDIA REPORTERS who continued to HARRASS her. 😖

Again, the family never wanted a lawsuit. This should be clear. But GoldMedalist took such an underhanded approach last March 2024 and again this week as to make a lawsuit all but inevitable.

I sincerely hope KSR's family literally owns the studio by the time this is all over.
