It's because—so far—no media have put all the pieces together and reported on the preponderance of damning evidence which is already out in the public domain. The entire SK (and world) entertainment media revolve around serving the interests of the networks, studios and especially the major brands (who are their bread-and-butter advertisers).

GM's statement #8 reveals that the two certified letters sent to KSR in March 2024 were "paper tigers" — IOW, bluffs to scare her into deleting that photo, prevent her from uploading anything else, and otherwise keeping the secret relationship secret!
They legally could not bill her for the debt as it was already forgiven. They also had no standing or means of charging her for 'reparations for damage to promotions related to Queen of Tears' as they had claimed in letter #1). GoldMedalist admits all of this, but their lame excuse is they sent the letters as a formality for 'tax reasons' and not as a threat or manipulation.
She was in the clear, but they not only assaulted her emotional state, but then subsequently ghosted her (to keep her from finding out the truth when she kept calling asking for clarification). And—when she finally managed to get through to KSH directly by using her cousin's phone, her ex-lover gave the number to media reporters so they would harrass her about the debt.
These actions were premeditated, they were fraudulent, and they were vicious. And I personally have no doubts that this contributed to the emotional toil and paranoia which eventually led her to take her own life on her beloved/tormenter's birthday.
