I disagree that it is only for male viewers. Women dominate the sexualized romance novel market, for example. I would say that people that can’t express healthy sexuality in their lives, or are missing something in themselves, disowning this part of their nature, or simply seeking escape will seek to fill the void in this way, sometimes just for a phase in their lives. I don’t think it’s right or wrong, but something for us to look at in ourselves. And I agree that sexually explicit scenes are often done without any real value whatsoever. However, I do also feel that it can be done artistically, well placed, and stir many emotions intentionally as part of cohesive storytelling. I say this as a general comment, in response to “Markwashere” and not in relation to Queen Woo, which I am still anticipating to see.

I adore his art. He is a gift to the world. I wish him deep healing, and acknowledge prison is no cake walk for sensitive, creative, traumatized humans. If he is gay, bi, asexual, I would still support him.
Wow. This is the who’s who of current Korean dramas. Was being cast in this show a major expansion factor in people’s career, or did they just have the budget to cast such amazing people even as minor characters? How popular was this show when it aired? So much curiosity. I love the grand majority of this cast.
wow. how intense. the drugs he did don’t make him a junkie, if you actually know the root of the word, but rather a non-violent, self wounding traumatized individual. if a nation, or the world for that matter, hasn’t yet learned about healing and rehabilitation does not make the treatment of these people right. the vilification of others due to our own misinformed views, does not make it accurate. what a sad world we are living in. I wish us all true realization and healing. may he also thrive once again in his gifts to this world, and get the support he needs to heal.
