The reason I singled it out is that people have voted it to be the most useful when it isn't! If some one who wants to read a review before watching it, then this is NOT the most useful review. MDL should have given different categories like Amazon for example... to allow users to select the type of the reviews to see. BUT NO. This review promoted itself through gift givings.
Sometimes misinformation can get promoted by buying gifts to promote the post! WHY is that review getting a gift on it? Some body purchased a gift to promote it.

SO I WILL NOT remove it and I stand by my comment. And if I am crazy enough I might purchase a gift to promote myself ... but I am not crazy so I won't ! .... ratings and reviews on MDL will not effect anything ... This drama's merit is being hyped by itself . It doesn't need me to promote it :-)

I see that you are a new MDL member ... have fun watching! Just be aware that MDL is not the absolute truth on anything, especially there are gifts and flowers etc ... that you can purchase to promote yourself or your actor... this is crazy. I don't understand the reason people would want to do this :-)

I understand the statistics and the math behind the calculations of the rating. I know that it's NOT ALL 9s rating for 30k+ people ... THat's NOT how rating averages work. However, a HUGE majority of the rating is above 8 to offset these 4s and 5s reviews! And I would say that a huge number of these 31K reviews are actual perfect 10 to offset a lot 7s and 8s too ...

AND if you want to check ... you can click on the 9.1 rating to see all the averages. The negatives (ie. people who dropped - their rating is 5+ ... so if there aren't enough 9+ ratings to average those out, the rating wouldn't have averaged out to a 9.1!)

The majority is NOT always right ... however, it's not life and death ...The rating is only there for people to know that a majority of the people have rated very high. And a 9 is tough to achieve especially with so many people watching it. This drama just hits the right spot for a HUGE MAJORITY of people ON THE AVERAGE! NOT ALL.

I feel that the problem is actually more than just screen time ... sometimes they took away the words too ... this leave the moment feeling like it's missing some emotion. WHen they allowed this to happened, I feel it's so much better.

I am a fan of only a few actors. But just because I like them doesn't mean I will only say good things about their dramas. But I can understand that fans support their actors regardlessly.

I am glad you are also seeing the problem. I've read the novel so many times. But in the drama, I don't think I can see it more than once ... I am already FastForwarding a lot because I am not really interested in the other minor characters, who take up more time than the main leads. For example, 21 ... they should add in more about the main leads ... instead it's like an bunch other random stuff, which I need to ff, especially the mom singing at the end ...
Admittedly, the story doesn't have much on this section ... but still, they should just not add in random stuff.

I agree that the business scenes were filmed like a cartoonish version of the novel to make it funny? except I am not feeling it. Like you said, I rather see fewer but longer screen time between the leads ... showing more realistic emotions. I am hoping after 22 when they begin their relationship, it will happen.

I understand where you come from ... all of this is the scripting issues ... they try to make it funny when they say getting over in a month.
Did you see the part where she was drunk? I think that is the only extend that showed her being heartbroken over him.

I agree that this drama is not progressing as normal romantic dramas. It has a lot of other couples.
The main leads do have some romantic non-business related moments. However, I also don't feel they are long enough. It's partially, the novel problem. In the first part, HT is not in it A LOT so the scriptwriter is filling up the gaps. But still ... the screen time between the leads should be more developed.

20 was getting better. 21 is back again with just 5 minutes of the main leads time together.
If you can be patient (I am also trying to find that patience), you can wait for ep 22 +. Hopefully, it's will get better.

I think there is a misunderstanding.
She always puts her work first ... and that is her commitment and professionalism. It's her nature and yes, that's why they don't match in expectations.

SHE DIDN'T get over him in "less than a 1 month". Actually, even during her birthday ep 22, she was still hoping that he does something for her even as a friend.

TBH, functioning well is all relative. You can think of it as she is logical and there's no use to cry over spilt milk.
As logical woman, I wouldn't sit around mopping all day ... He functions well too ... he didn't spend any time mourning her! He started dating before her.

It's ok only 4 people doing that so it won't matter against 800+ people. And we don't know if MDL even counts episodes that are not there yet.
When I saw this in the beginning, only 1-2 people doing it. I thought it was a fraud so I also voted to bring up the scores to even things out ... it used to be 1.0 or 2.0 rating ! Obviously, it didn't matter because the overall score is low due to fans not voting yet!
