It's not that the romance is slow. It's just that I would like to see more main couple interaction instead of other things/people. How much time did we see the main couple have screen time together? for example in ep 11? Not too much. Just here and there at most 5minutes?
As I said, they made a lot of changes already so it's already much better than the beginning of the novel for me.
Usually people who sample dramas, they will only watch the first few episodes. Luckily, I already know the story, like the actress; otherwise, I would have given up too.
What I am trying to say to those people who sample this drama is that the story will be more interesting later on, less business, and more romance.

This drama has already made it A LOT better in the beginning by changing the novel to allow more involvement with HT, the ML.
So I think if you are patient and wait for a better development later on, you will be rewarded. It has 40 episodes so they have to tell the story slowly ... it will be much better after 12, less fillers in the middle.
nobody understands how obsessed I am with this drama ,but why is the rating so low ?
It's low because not everyone who watches the drama has rated. Out of the 8000 supposedly watching this, only 550 have rated it. Some of these ratings are from people who have dropped the drama and rated it quite low.
Is it me or the acting of these two big actors Tan Song Yun and Xu Kai in here is awkward ????Dunno why hmmmmmmmmm

Yes, they are both good people... that's why she never really got angry with YC ... she even gave him the invested money and profit later on. She can see that the personalities/goals are different.
HT, from the novel and also drama, is a busy man. He doesn't have time do trivial stuff ... He runs an empire. So the mentality will be different from the YC, who does have free time to go dating, watch movies, and cooks. In fact, HT specifically tells JX that he doesn't have time to cook with her all the time. Once in a while is ok. It just works out better for her as she is also busy with her career and they are in the same field.
In Chinese, relationships are often like that ... I am an aunt of people who are much older than me.

Yesterday - 392 people voted, rating 7.6 Today - 417 people voted, rating 7.7
So I think it works if the people who actually watch the drama vote early. A lot of people who watch this drama are not like those fans who dedicated themselves to make sure the rating high for their idols. They more likely to be conservatives who want to wait for the drama to end and vote authentically.
I am one of those who rate early. I will change my rating if the drama doesn't work out.

It is a great drama. And it's unfortunate people rated drama low because they don't like the actress or actor. I see people who are not anti fans but even though they don't like the actress, they still try the drama because of the actor. Then they dropped the drama after a few episodes and rate it low.

I think this is fine too ... it is the viewer's choice. But the problem I see is that fans of actors/actresses complaining about rating. The rating is based on the number of people rated. A lot of younger idols have very energetic fans. They can keep the rating high because they voted.

Even though the episode ratings are HIGH, there are only 20-28 people are rating them. If you want to see the rating higher, all people who are watching this drama need to rate each episode; otherwise, the overall rating will take precedent.
Currently, the 7.6/10 is from 393 users (yesterday was 8.0 from 200+ viewers) What this is telling me is that some users are dropping the drama ... they just watch a few episodes and dropping them and ranked this drama low.
The best thing is to enjoy the drama. And wait for the end to know the real result. If you really care about the rating, then everyone needs to remember to rate everyday.
