I know hamster deleted the novel translation due to the plagiarism scandal, but does anyone have the translation bc i still want to read it before I read pillow book.
if you're talking abt the negative impact all this is having on the agency then yea me too. I was waiting for…
thats true but i think it also depends how popular the drama itself will be. There are only so many dramas available tht hit it big and throwing her into any random leading role would not solve tht problem. maybe this was their second best option.

you might be right.. maybe the agency is handing her the roles they want her to be in rather than her actually trying out for what she wants? but i feel like most cdramas have skewed casting anyways :/ though i do think her support role is probably at least an important role with lots of screen time (and yang zi is the lead who is currently more popular than PXR to mainlanders probably)
I thought he entered the painting like the Baekdu tiger did just to have an imaginary world where he can see her…
woah ur interpretation opened my mind. I also think he didnt eat the medicine but gave it to yu na instead, which could explain what u think maybe. but he also said he remembers the promise he made with man wol so i was like did u eat the meds or not ?
so the main lead will not ended up together? Meh? I will pass this drama
that's just what I assumed from the opening song scenes, but I still see them interacting throughout the drama i think? I think I'll pick this up if I get bored again haha
I just finished this drama and whew. I actually never compared it to Fuyao while watching and didn't really see much similarities except female lead goes from weak to strong and the main leads fighting together (power couples ♡), or maybe I just don't remember Fuyao that much but yea, I could agree that they gave off similar vibes. LST definitely focused a lot more on the harsh jianghu lifestyle while Fuyao come across to me as more of character-building/mystery/kingdoms type of drama? (dont know where i was going with that lol) I liked both equally but the realistic harsh jianghu setting without much regards to royalty that was seen in LST was a first for me — definitely a refreshing change.
