He belongs in that category of actors who does very good eye acting and expressing things that are not said aloud. To me his best works were 'Under the Power' and 'One and Only'. His worst might be Destiny of white snake.
I was looking for Wendy Zhang and Song Zu Er when i click your article. They have both come very far from child actors. Wendy mostly in films, last saw her in Upcoming summer. While Zu Er has a lot of works filmed, many that have yet to come out. I enjoy her performance in The Bond alot.

Think there is a marked difference between the type of romance and kisses on screen thats acceptable compared with real life. In real life asking permission to hold hand or kiss can be awkward. Rather one should pick up on signals. There should be mutual understanding, reading subtle hints and seeing its the right moment. But when it comes to drama it depends how the scene is executed and the background storyline. I was ok with SWDBS but i couldnt finish WHTSK.

While waiting for new ep i went back to rewatch Imperial coroner. There d story n d writing allows ML to do more. Jus ep 32 alone shows his range. Once we get married is gd enough as guilty pleasure and buoyed by chemistry on an otherwise underwhelming plot. Heres hoping he get meatier roles in a better drama
