Man. Did you guys feel it? The chemistry in the last scene? Ahn Jae Wook and Uhm Ji Won are both so good.I am…
I LOLed so hard at your observation about PhD degrees from some of the most exclusive schools being on sale in KDramaland. In this drama, they even went to the trouble of having bad white actors interact with Yoon Park's character. To get a PhD degree can be such a challenging and taxing process; but in many dramas, they hand them out like candies to many who look barely out of high school. At this rate, every male CEO, especially in CDramas must have been a child prodigy, LMAO. We don't see the same for female characters. π€·π»ββοΈ
I will just get in to part where u should know in other to understand part 2 and 3:-actually part 2 ( love in…
Hello! Thank you for your succinct explanation. However, can you also reveal why Wang Quan Fu Gui was treated badly by his father, given how his parents loved each other? Was it because his mother died?
Btw i heard that having a seminar is a Big deal and only recognized dramas by the industry have one.
Thank you so much for your detailed reply! π₯° To be honest, while I am familiar with seminars, either academic or cultural, I had no idea that China honoured and encouraged formal discussions pertaining to certain movies and dramas since there exist other well crafted, albeit nationalist items of mainstream entertainment. However, your explanation cleared my confusion up. It makes sense they'd honour a well made drama that shines a light on something so historically significant to their state.

Hello! Can you explain more regarding why this drama had what seems to be a government initiated seminar? I have no context. (Your footnote is quite self explanatory, however, I was hoping to understand this particular event a bit more. Which other dramas have had this honour? And more importantly why this particular drama? I am yet to watch this drama.)

Hello. Can you please teach me how you extract the link for MDL comments?
Preach! I cannot help but agree. I usually try not to diss actors and actresses but I fail to understand why she's…
Thank you for your reply.
CFY is what I consider being instinctively talented and as you observed it helps that he's good looking to boot. I am eagerly waiting for his drama with Dilraba Dilmurat. Even if they don't have much chemistry, I wouldn't really mind. I love them both enough separately to watch their drama.
Even though beauty is subjective, in my viewing experience, I have come to realise that good looks are not enough to retain my attention. But then I also find some unconventional looking people more attractive than those known for their looks. And these unconventionally good looking actors become even more good looking in my eyes because of their amazing performances.
Teresa Li is connected?! I had no idea. To be honest, I find her quite promising, talented even. It's ironic that even she doesn't seem to get enough roles to showcase her talent.
As far as SZ is concerned, she's been mostly paired with talented yet underrated actors throughout her career with them pulling their weight and in the process making her look good. π€·π»ββοΈ

Ooooh. Now it makes sense. I had no clue! Actually, I have come across many comments on MDL and YouTube praising her supposed acting talent which always puzzled me and made me wonder what exactly was I not seeing. Before anyone comes at me and points out CFY is a nepo kid too, and that he's off the hook because he's the ML, lets be real. He can act, but she CANNOT. Had the genders been reversed, I would have made the same observations about him too.
Thank you. π

Just curious, what's her family background?
