Tell me about it. Some of my favourite actors and actresses hardly get leading roles. Not taking names, but they could actually give some of the traffic stars a run for their money if they got the opportunity. I guess I am thankful that they are at the very least getting roles.

True. It was supposed to be a women centric show, so lesser screen time for his character is understandable. However, it didn't quite satisfy me. I watch all kinds of shows and when a show entertains me enough that I'd like to rewatch it sometime in the future, I consider it a success. His modern drama did not have that pull which AJTL had. Having said that, for a modern drama, he did well especially opposite a veteran, celebrated actress.

Ooh. That was a good one. However, the plot kinda lost itself towards the conclusion of the drama.

Gosh, I absolutely hate that most productions seem to smoothen the life out of the skin of actors. Aren't humans not allowed to look like humans anymore?

I also kinda love the detail of how she learnt strategising at her grandfather's knee. Her grandfather's teachings combined with her intelligence makes her quite the formidable force.

I LOLed so hard at your observation about PhD degrees from some of the most exclusive schools being on sale in KDramaland. In this drama, they even went to the trouble of having bad white actors interact with Yoon Park's character. To get a PhD degree can be such a challenging and taxing process; but in many dramas, they hand them out like candies to many who look barely out of high school. At this rate, every male CEO, especially in CDramas must have been a child prodigy, LMAO. We don't see the same for female characters. 🤷🏻‍♀️
