yes that's fair I definitely want to cut them slack because I know they are not working with much, however I feel like by this episode it is just a matter of some writing choices being made that feel messy when they could have easily made other decisions. still enjoying the series don't get me wrong but not as much as I did before and I am glad you are still enjoying it 😊

it isn’t just the gramblackeugene thing by the way even though I think the writing for that whole storyline is probably the worst thing about the show but just in general a sense of the writing being messy and things not clicking together with satisfaction as I expected from this show. the pacing in this episode felt really off. aside from gram’s character which is a lost cause by now to me I also am disappointed with how dan’s storyline has been handled especially with them glossing over sean’s reaction so quickly, it feels really unsatisfactory and I hate how they made it seem like sean was in the wrong when he totally deserved to be angry. danyok stuff in this episode was also on fast forward speed I mean dan almost killed himself and then it was hardly addressed. while I loved the seanwhite stuff even that felt like it went through too many stages too quickly like I didn’t even get to feel the emotions of it before it moved on and was resolved and that is my general feeling about the writing lately, like I see some people saying they like how conflicts aren’t being dragged out but I have to disagree for me they are just moving past every conflict wayyyyy too quickly to the point where the emotions do not hit and the thing is this show did have the time to handle it better so it feels super off. please don’t take this as hate my criticism comes from a place of love for the show I really thought it would be not just a top BL for me but a top drama but tbh things have gotten too messy in a way that it’s too late to pull it together for me I think, things are so rushed and it feels like the spark from the first half of the show is not there anymore. does anyone else feel this?

yeah that's a really good point I do wish the show was longer and development a little slower but on the other hand like you said a lot of shows use that extra time for filler. Semantic Error is kind of like a supercut of the best scenes of a show but that's the whole show lol it'll be a fun one to rewatch

it's so not easy to tell a story like this on such a time limit, I really want to applaud them for how well they've done with such short episodes. things are moving fast yes but it doesn't feel too rushed it's still believable and well done, MAJOR kudos to the writer and the actors for pulling it off 👏 that being said it's a crime such a good show is so short just because I'm greedy and enjoying it so much I don't want it to end 😥😥😥😥😥

yes I really love yu na and ji hye they're great and I wish the show was longer so we could have more time with them too. I just hope ji hye gets a happy ending too it would be nice if they could all be friends at the end once sang woo realizes his feelings
