you know i felt a little awkward when sun jae was going to propose first cuz it did feel too soon and like the show was just doing a wedding cuz it's an expected happy ending

so them pausing that to let director im sol shine and then coming back to it later was my favorite part of the finale and actually getting to see sol so happy to direct and finish her film made me cry

exaaactly i could never relate when ppl said they want the taxi driver's backstories and reasons and all that like IT DIDN'T MATTER. he is just some bad guy.

i was still able to enjoy the show a lot but I agree with your criticism and you are very welcome to share it, I feel actually a lot of ppl agree this part of the show was not the best handled. it is a flaw for me for sure just didn't ruin the show but i could understand that it did for you and i would hope such issues can be handled better!
