this!! agree it's not about the screentime it's about the focus the writer has chosen. but also idk if the 1 hour 24 episodes is the problem but the time hasn't always been used well. the episodes already have felt so slow and sometimes going in circles. i don't know if more episodes will fix that but just make it worse......what they needed was to fix the pacing and start giving answers sooner instead of adding more and more infinite suspects to the same old mystery.

if he knew all along and he and GSJ were in on it together no need for them to glance at each other like that in public and show their questioning. they would just play it cool cuz the suspicious behavior wouldnt be a surprise

agreed the scene in the brothel felt like a test and yws clearly stumbled on it. I appreciate all your points here!! i do still feel it was developed too fast personally but maybe i just wanted more of a slow burn. for YWS to be drawn to the first person who shows her kindness makes sense but idk if I believe the feelings are strong enough on either end for me to believe in a deep romance. it's giving "the first person who was ever nice to me" vibes but i'm excited to see what happens when the conflicts start with them!!
