Why is everyone comparing this to Mr Queen? There's no reason they have to compete. There are always multiple…
aha historical is a favorite of mine so seeing people have such a dislike to it is weird lol,

The reason I compared it to Mr queen, is because period dramas have been so scarce this year. Only Arthdal and…
same as a period genre lover, however I dont find this too bad.

This Sunae character is already annoying me. Now this is a female character conceived as a helpless child and…
Yes! I dont understand why a fl always need to be unrealistically able to tackle down every single person to not be a burden, she's the brains.

in arabic / islamic speech (aha :) you call people aki or akhti, (as in sister/brother in faith). For direct family, using brother/sister is too formal unless you're introducing them to someone.
In arabic, one thing is mothers/fathers will refer to their children as mama(mom) and baba (dad), I noticed and still have no idea why lol, but it's a sign of affection.
Calling friends of your parents "aunty" and "uncle" is also used.
There's nothing equal to the....uh....use of brother and 'daddy' lol.
You can also use ibn/bint (meaning son of/ daughter of) to refer to someone,
Spouses refer to each other by name and by role lol, mother/father, also nicknames :D
This also slightly depends on which arab country you're from :).

Liking Ma Yi Deum as the psychopath she is and as a villain is ok, as long as you acknowledge the fact she indeed…
Yes! best comment here. The fact people will justify her actions, downplay them really says it all.

bruh. just because a character is morally "bad" doesn't mean she's a bad character or a bad lead. not every main…
that does mean she's a bad character lol, that's the meaning of bad.
Goody two shoes is a nice way to say not fuck over innocent lives, it's not boring, you can have an engaging plot without a horrible person all the way through.
I'm assuming with quotation marks seem to think bad and good aren't really all that.

I can't with people here calling Ma Yi Deum evil. She is not evil. She is a good person in general but her way…
i love how people today shame decent fucking human beings by calling them "miss goody two shoes."
You're materialistic, she's materialistic, what's the point of winning a case when you lack so much morals?
Caring what others would think? She destroyed innocent lives lol, that's a nice way to delude one's self.
The world is ruthless is because of people who think like this, shrug off responsibility.
Also, please for the love of God, stop using gender for everything, it's amazing how people love to throw that around
This isn't a strong female lead, this is a terrible person.

Okay I’m not going to stop watching because both leads are such visuals but omg am I the only one finding this…
Kdramas tend to focus more on character development rather than plot :)

this drama is actually pretty unique and it's not forced as well (cough..where some dramas today will try to force uniqueness), the interaction between the characters actually feels really human?
One point is that the plot is really character driven, like really, so take that as you will.
