Well Sheng Nan roared a the killing strike and then danced on his grave! Intense! Poor loser! I mean poor Wu Chen!Only medical staff?????? She was a surgical residence!! Unless my translation was incorrect. She saw patients and treated them for things that needed stitches, well she just put a bandaid on, but still ! I'm so flustered I just butchered grammar over in that last sentence! Ha-ha, no one is even surprised to see Fei Fei bursting out of the water! I think the guy feeding the fish was just annoyed she spat water on him. I love how she just turns around and swims out. Then sees her noble donkey! The noises she makes to try and communicate with him are perfect. She's trying to speak donkey so bad. See this feels like more natural humor! So Fei Fei gets to save all the royals! Ha-ha!! Though who let out the word of the secret meeting? Hmmmm! There's a spy or traitor! The fight dragged out, but I enjoy the play for Fei Fei from both Tang Yi and Bei Tang Mo Ran! Very interesting love triangle. I like that Tang Tang is still just a friend. Thank you! But it seems that the drama is going with a love triangle, so I'm nervous it will go to a square at some point. Especially with all three men listed as male leads. I mean that doesn't guarantee it, but it does make me nervous.

Fei Fei was in surgery training, or whatever. She was training to be a doctor right?! The only thing she talks about is looks and skin care. Why isn't it being brought up. Not to mention that she got robbed so fast! All those bangles. UNCLE seems to be quite amused by her. I like the lead, but I don't like that they have to make her clueless and dumb. It just seems so off. Why make the choice to have her be a doctor if they're not going to do something extra. The plot for her to save Bei Tang Mo Ran is pretty cool though. I hope they can have her be awesome without always sacrificing her for the comedy. There are other ways to get a life, and other characters to belittle! Not to mention poor loser— Wu Chen—and Sheng Nan (Leo). I do actually feel bad for him. Leo is giving out a killing blow.

So Fei Fei doesn't even fall on him. Tang Yi just let's her tumble and then threatens to arrest her again! Though she did really get carried away. How was he to know that she thought he was another man, and it certainly seemed like an offer of sex. Just saying. That said I love how fast she flipped to Bei Tang Mo Ran for protection. Who suddenly decides to help her again despite Fei Fei working against him. Ha-ha! I just can't believe that the fire trio would have forgotten and partied the day away! Ha-ha!! Not to mention that Bei Tang Mo Ran is totally with the fan guy right? So confusing!! But I see Fei Fei hugging him in the opening and ending credits. Hmmmmm. Maybe the fan guy wants him and everyone just assumes they are an item? Or—squee—a bi character? I'm all for product placement since that means the shows are longer since there are no ads. I just had heavy handed and obvious ones! I mean the whole ending about those masks!!!

Girl! Of course they're all having dirty thoughts! Not to mention she hasn't really explained it. Poor Tang Yi. He gets up the courage to go to Fei Fei only for her to realize that he's truly not Jia Cheng. I now assume she believes she's time traveled. Her search for work begins as she needs to survive. Which of course is hilarious! AND OF COURSE she ends up in a house of ill repute! I pray her tazer never loses power! I'm very interested now in what Ophiuchus or whatever these other people are. I found the whole scene interesting. Apparently this drama is gonna rely heavily on women tripping/spin tripping. While annoying it's amusing seeing all the different ways they do it. Now to the next episode to see if Tang Yi is gonna have her thrown in jail for tripping into him. Or better yet make more beheading claims! Also, why has everyone suddenly lost interest in her?

Fei Fei's request to be in the water with Tang Yi as when she first arrived, same clothes and everything, makes me believe that Fei Fei has come to the conclusion she's timed traveled and needs to duplicate everything to get back! But it's never confirmed. Fei Fei never muses or has talked about what has happened. Besides Tang Yi looking like Jia Cheng.I do think this drama is finding it's way. The story and more important characters are developing—finally. It's still pretty rough. I mean what drama doesn't clue viewers in to what is going on in the leads mind?!!!? That annoys me. Overall though I the humor is finally starting to flow with the story and I hope that means the writers are calming down about information vomiting. It is a bit overdone, but I loved the whole stolen kiss thing while Fei Fei was a sleep. Not to mention Tang Yi's reaction and confusion. Clearly she was sleep kissing! I love that Tang Tang is only her friend. He didn't get worried or jealous when Fei Fei states she likes Tang Yi or when he walks in on a compromising scene.

The writers have totally dropped the ball. What does Fei Fei think is going on? Is she still on set or time traveled? There's been enough proof and time for her to think something. The actress is great, but it can't all fall onto her shoulders! Overall the rush into setting up Fei Fei on a quest to help the Emperor feels odd, but oddly enough works! I really love Fei Fei and Tang Tang together! So fair Fei Fei and the Emperor have no chemistry or connection. He basically wants to kill her all the time. As odd as it is to say we all know their can be chemistry between the female lead when the male lead has only threatened her. I mean it's a staple in dramaland no matter the country!Because Tang Tang and Fei Fei already have such great chemistry and fun together it was a fun episode! Tang Tang breaking out Fei Fei almost made me bump the rating up to a five. That whole rescue and the guards reactions were brilliant!!!! I do have questions about the Emperor's uncle, Bei Tang Mo Ran. Is Bei Tang Mo Ran in to men, so is that other guy his lover, and why did he save Fei Fei will also hindering the Emperor? Hmmmmm. Still needs lots of development. Not to mention who and what are Ophiuchus?

Yeah!! The story is finally starting to find itself and giving its characters room so we can actually MEET people. Flashing names and positions real quick and then speeding along is not character development or decent intros. Not to mention the laughs are finally here! Luo Fei Fei must still be in denial. However, she's already asked about what year. Not to mention she's picked up on the custom of the satchels and that it's an auspicious time. So I still feel like her reactions to her current circumstance is lacking. I will say I love the introduction of Chu Sheng Nan. I love a good female General and she's Leo! Roar girl! She's strong, but still fun. Though sadly she's stuck with the goof/annoying guy who likes to pester and annoy her because he likes her. He's so generic that I've already forgotten his name and sign. Even though the actor is quite memorable.I really like Bei Tang Tang (he's the Emperor's brother)! Especially how Tang Tang and Fei Fei meet! It's so cute and I think they are gonna be instant friends! I actually want them to just be friends and maybe fall in love. Sadly I think Fei Fei is gonna be obsessed with Tang Yi because he looks like her idol. Though she might still think he is Jia Cheng. The highlight of this episode is when Fei Fei asks those two men, "Do you want to have fun in my room?" To which the men ask, "Do you mean the both of us?" I wanted to see what conspired when Fei Fei tells them it's not their kind of fun and convincing them to lower her down into the water!

So we're still poorly meeting characters and the writers are trying to get us to know everyone. I had a few laughs, but I feel like most of it is lost in the rush to try and establish this drama. I feel like it could have been achieved at a slower pace. Or better yet cut out some of the other characters. Or at least for now. I also fee like Luo Fei Fei's reaction is cheap. She has the standard reaction every Drama time traveler has: "Oh, their filming a movie or reality show." Etcetera. Then she's just in the whole world no wondering about how real this is. Not to mention the humor is super forced at this point. From bashing people with flower pots to getting stuck in a whole in the wall. Still despite the writers attempts nothing clear is really coming out. I do think that somehow these royals are connected to zodiacs (maybe even the star zodiacs with all the shots of the stars and showing of constellations) and Luo Fei Fei can null their powers.Either way I hope the writers find their legs soon. The cast is trying so hard!

I like that Luo Fei Fei is a surgical trainee! It felt like a competant female lead would be present. Until enter the pop singer . . . because apparently a male lead either needs to be a gaming genius or a huge pop idol. It lost me a bit as I watched Luo Fei Fei fumble around Jia Cheng her super idol. It just felt so rough.Actually this whole brief episode was rough. The writers want the viewers to know everything super fast. So there's really no story. We've got the basic time travel transportation. The girl falling into the water and Jia Cheng is now an Emperor Bei Tang Yi. Then all these names and positions are shoved down viewers throats. I'm not being harsh. Many shows have established characters and story at the same time in less then this amount of time. Here's hoping it will get better.Total side note: I still find it so hilarous when a real person gets a bloody nose thinking about something that "revvs" them up. Such as Bei Tang Yi thinking about a "half naked" Luo Fei Fei clinging onto him while he was in his swim wear! I swear not even J-Dramas use this like C-dramas do. >_<

Stalking and rape. No that's nothing to blink about. Though I think Smile had more to say about her Onnie stalking than her near rape. *sighs* Wow, so we get to see creepy Kyro in something other than stripes! Though it's still screams sleazy man. Lizy caved way to easy. One romantic song and he wins her over? Not to mention Lizy and Badz break is a joke. I mean why can't he just say what his side job is? Or even if he doesn't want to say what it is he could get away with vague truths. I hate bad writing. Though I still smiled a lot and laughed at some of the antics. Badz advice to pick up Kyro. Hmmmmm. So Badz knows Kyro is creepy scum. Because he made Smile seem like she was willing to do things she is way not, nor should, do to pick up a man.

There are some issues here true. I'm just having fun! Which is what the whole concept and drama is presenting. Overall I think actor and actresses are doing a great job. Not to mention I haven't even been noticing any hair color changes for a while. Maybe this just means I recognize faces more. Overall it's very cute. I hope after the "we're on a break", we all no the writers are FRIENDS fans, things can move swift. I don't want it to be drug out or it could kill the plot. My only real concern is that I find Kyro very creepy, sleazy, and overall unlikable. Also, what's with all the striped shirts? All unbuttoned and screaming slut!! Ha-ha!

The hair color changes haven't really been happening. There were huge complaints about Liz's hair color changing from scene to scene. I've noticed it in a few places, but it's not that big of a change nor has it happened that much. So I've been fine so far to focus on the show. So at least Smile has become totally annoying but lovable. Kudos to the actress. Though I'm still feeling the lack of world building and development. I like that Liz has decided to "dump" Kyro. Who knows sees Liz as a challenge. The rhythm of the story is setting up nicely. Though I hate it when I clear plot drama could be solved by saying something like "I've got a friend staying at my place it's no good." Or the truth. Not to mention RAPE was happening and no one said let's call the police. I know different countries have a certain view about it. But I'm gonna say anyway. Not to mention Smile would be emotionally destroyed. I hate dump and obvious plot devices and fixes. It just becomes stupid and ridiculous taking away from the drama and story. Because I'm too busy rolling my eyes. Despite all that it is ridiculously fun! So I'm enjoying it enough to continue.

I have actually gotten very accustomed to the campy style of Thailand dramas. Especially since I seem to like the crazy-far-fetched stories and normally over the top comedy. That was the whole appeal of Boy For Rent. The whole concept is silly, and let us be honest. If this service existed in real life for these ladies I doubt this is how it would be used or would go. The innocent concept of this very *cough* dirty thing. I mean these guys are really male escorts, and the next step up from that is a gigolo! That said this was way too much. It was a very rough start. Clearly I have to get used to Smile. I hate it when they make this type of character over act and be just . . . well crazy annoying. Though I've come to understand this is how they do a lot of the women leads or side female leads. This was just too much for me and I found Smile's whole bits annoying. After all. If she's so innocent does she really want a player? One that requires she gains experience by hiring a Boy For Rent to do so? That said it is the whole concept behind it. One girl wanting to gain experience and the other needing a boy to make her boyfriend jealous. So of course the the triangle is painfully obvious. Liz is the standard cool and cold chic. With lot's of money, but her rockband is a fun surprise! She has a boyfriend she suspects is cheating on her, or at least isn't in their relationship anymore. Badz whom still says he has a girlfriend. So Liz decides to hire Kyro to make Badz jealous. Kyro happens to be the guy who turned down Smile because she didn't have fire/sexy! Kyro is clearly interested in Liz. Drama ensues. Overall there's a lot to be desired. Like Liz and Badz as an actually couple so we feel torn about them, but deliciously conflicted as the couples start to fall in place. Because it's obvious how the characters are gonna pair up. The roommate of Smile's is more annoying than Smile! Not to mention the whole enigma around how these boys are working for Boys For Rent and more importantly for Badz why.

Hats off to Lee Yoon, Sunny, Woo Bin, and Baek Ho. They're really play this game hard. Though why would they leave Hel Ro in the dark about Lee Yoon being the Crown Prince! I hate seeing her so crushed, and I need to see those two make up! Sunny is indeed a true actress making Lee Hyuk believe her every word. It was hard not to believe that Lee Hyuk wasn't sincere about everything, but he mood swings at the drop of a hat. Hmmmm. Now I need to find the episode where Grand Empress Dowager said Sunny as good at martial arts. I like that Woo Bin is protecting Sunny and teaching her how to defend herself. I just know Grand Empress Dowager said Sunny had skills. *sighs*It's a bit sad that Lee Hyuk can't tell that Sunny is not in to him. Even though she's a good actress there's plenty of signs. It's also frustrating that Empress Dowager is already spinning the truth about Lee Yoon's books and what happened. Suicide. She can cover up anything. Snap! Yu Ra is out to hurt little Na Dong Shik! Goodness! And Na Dong Shik is right! That man is his grandfather! Wowza! As much as I am on team Yu Ra, I think she needs to call it quits. I just can't respect her for becoming Empress Dowager's woman. She should take them both out! *cackles*I'm so glad Na Dong Shik is a smart boy and they trained him. Too bad he couldn't have run like the wind! Or not gone out. To end this review: Lee Yoon and Hel Ro made up! Sunny now knows about Nanny Kang Hee and the Prime Minister! Yeah!

Princess Soo Jin making a public display of Woo Bin and her being an item could only help him now. To make it look like he's not in love with Sunny. That double date felt so out of place. The writing just feels off. But it was hilarious to watch! At least the Empress Dowager's plans to put Hel Ro on the spot and out the real Vincent Lee back fired! Bravo! Making Lee Hyuk read the murder scene of Empress So Hyun was a nice touch. I found it shocking that Empress Dowager did not look fully into the book for that scene? Why was she so shocked? Yu Ra is on the lose now and I wonder how she plans to out Woo Bin as Wang Shik? How will she use him to take down So Hyun? Not to mention she's after her son again to use. The shame. This was quite the episode despite all the changes in the feel of the story. A lot of major things happen. It's weird how off it felt. These past few either feel off because of the pacing, or because of the characters. They're doing things that don't quite feel right. Then crashing again backwards. The show has lost it's footing just a bit.
