I tried watching a few times, but had to give up due to Yong Shik. I just couldn’t deal with the intense labrador puppy vibe. But I liked Yechan (how could you not), so it looks like I matured a bit. ☺️

Do Won was my highlight and I love his voice. It's so pleasant and calm.
The kiss scene with that green backdrop and "Rainbow" playing. I felt that. In general the scenery was stunning. That dog looked on the verge of joining his friends in dog heaven the entire series, but I'm glad Dongshik made it through. After Yechan in this I may actually be ready for Yong Shik in When the Camellia Blooms.

The real star of this show is the OST. One of the best in a drama in a while. Every song is unmissable!

Oh, good start. I'm really loving all these new non-romance dramas coming out right now. How I've missed Jung Woo on my screen since Mental Coach. And I just left the Muscle Bros in Bloodhounds, so this new guy friendship might fill in the gap quite nicely from the looks of it.

The teaser is absolutely superior. If this doesn't pull you in, I don't know, what will. If they're able to surpass the quality of season 1, this will be a definite top contender for best drama of 2023.

It's not really outright scary, but more of a "things that go bump in the night" kinda deal. Which I like. That "knock knock and who's there from ghost world to off you" is starting to creep in a little.

Off to a solid start. The pairing of Oh Jung Se and Kim Tae Ri is already working out nicely, and that was some unexpected strong guest appeareances. Man, folklore is so interesting but intensely creepy at the same time.

As someone equipped with a brain, that overloads and switches off, when exposed to pretty much anything economics and finance, I'm hoping, show will be able to make this accounting world absorbing. If not, they need to ramp up the thrills & feels of the underdog revenge plot.

This duo better develop great chemistry, because I think, everything will rely heavily on how their pairing works out. And no romance, please!

I refuse to prepare myself for one of them dying, though. I saw the manga tagged with "tragedy" and have been trying to forget it since. I'm guessing one of them (given the flashback to their school days and Ren & Hide meeting men for sex) have trauma due to an assault. This restless, uncertain feeling usually means there'll be an onslaught of angst coming up.

Kazuma saying "Ren" is giving me nice Koichi saying "Mitchan" in Eien no Kinou flashbacks. ❤️
I'm also loving Kazuma's "let's throw some teeth in there and see how they stick" adorable smile. It even helps highlight his innocent, nice demeanour.

So far the vibe is way different, than what I expected from the synopsis and poster. But I'm getting that restless, uncertain feeling too, so I'll prepare myself for anything.

Here's a quick reminder for everyone in this show: Yes, you can hug someone without it equalling a romantic relationship. And yes, you can see someone off without it equalling moving away and leaving your home and job. This show needs the tag "overreaction". I can't believe they wasted Figaro Tseng on this mess. Best guy ever!

Please be great, please be great. I'm so ready for a supernatural crime show right now in this everpresent sea of rom-coms. I need this to not disappoint. Fingers crossed.

These comments are too funny and on point. The food and these 5 minutes to full course meal sessions are literally stealing the show.

I don't cook. At all. But when he prepared those shirataki noodles and mentioned how adding salt would minimize the smell and make it easier to add flavour? What?! The number of times, I've suffered through a plate of these bland tasting, chewy fake noodles for the sake of cutting some calories. And now I want so badly to test, if the dude is right, but have no shirataki noodles in the house.

This is SUCH an odd show.

You know it's unsaveable, when the third wheel rolls into town, and you want nothing more than for ML to jump at the chance to finally find happiness and piece of mind.

I want little produce guy with calm, mature and wise Taiwanese friend. I want produce guy with cute and seemingly nice third wheel. I want produce guy, Taiwanese friend and third wheel together. No, skip all of that, because produce guy is an active part of this frustrating mess too.

I want Taiwanese friend with third wheel. The end. Naked guy? He can sell the house and go back to eating ramen alone in his apartment for all I care.

The remaining episodes can be one long fluttering fluff fest, but it's too late. Way too late. I almost feel bad for the food here.
