I feel like even thame knew breakup was coming the first scene from episode 11 him mentioning Peppers breakup has nothing to do with the mv topping charts. Also, Po was reading the comments on that live right before Mick calls him read something like we like everyone except pepper. What Po did was the most selfless act. When Thame says he'll fight for him Po knows its an exhausting fight and really it would effect not just thame but entire group. I see people mentioning the group and Po got everything when Thame lost everything actually I feel they are pretending to move on and happg deep down they know if they fight the situation Thame will be the only one carrying everything on his shoulder.

I might sound ignorant but if someone can please clarify generally when two men are in relationship or married isn't it offensive to say "my wife" to your male partner. I see in thai BL frequently where they refer to their partner as wife is this a translation error if not why is this used because everywhere that's very offensive.

I know people have probably mentioned it 100 times in the comments where to read the English translation of the book but unfortunately I got here too late and it's hard to go through comments. So can someone please share the link to English translation. Thank you so much in advance

OMG I feel the same way I loved the development of their romance and Xu Kai really brought LSC to life if only had they kept those details from the novel it would have been perfect. As you said this could have easily been a masterpiece. Honestly bringing parents in the show doesn't bring too kuch to the plate I liked them as being the characters on the phone and yes their mother is hilarious she thinks LSC is gay. Also, loved the scene where TY tells LSC that what if his mother treats her bad and offer her money or throw coffee at her. They briefly bring that to show but kind of leave it at that. Lue Yue is funier too in the novel I love all the supporting characters as well. I would have preferred to have team B instead of parents though . TY interaction with Little Fatty is just amazing and him being their biggest supporter.
No I haven't read you are my glory but I have seen few episodes of the show honestly I don't really like the FL that much as I have seen a show she was previously in and her acting is kind of disappointing. I have read most of Gu Man's novel except this one as I stopped following Chinese dramas/novels for a while since I got bored of repetivite plots and drama adaptations being unsatisfactory and bad acting. Honestly I didn't find the show to be that amazing plus being aeronautical engineer being myself I was being too judgmental of the ML'S character. I might checkout the novel if I have time though. 😀😀

Yeah all of them are hilarious poor her she gives a long explanation that how she ended in his bed nobody believes her all he had to say was 1 sentence and all believed him. I felt LSC and team was funnier because of TY characteristics.
Yeah Dabing eating LSC son was hilarious as well specially since that was the time they had just made up. Also, when LSC was leaving to visit his parents he tells TY to watch out for her cat since the goldfish is worth 30000 each and she disciplines the cat and her interaction with LSC.
There are so many of my favorite scenes not included and even their relationship was kind of rushed at times. I felt their relationship in the novel was developed a bit more with showing how she becomes accustomed to them being a couple and not accepting others criticism. I think as soon as we hit episode 21 and they are together it just become a race for the show and those tiny details of their relationship are rushed. Their first date LSC was pissed that she left him as soon as she saw fans in a later chapters they show that she reaches out to him to hold hand and he gets emotional.

Novel TY is on another level I just lo e her personality so much and her interaction with LSC is just adorable her chaotic personality and her unintentional flirting is few of my favorite things in the novel. Also her snarky comments and his reaction is just amazing. One of my favorite scenes from the novel is the entire situation when she get her menstrual and he was sick. The moment she entered the bus to the scene where she explains to her teammates why she landed in his bed to his reaction is just too good. I read it several times and laughed so much each time read it. Unfortunately, it just didn't live upto my expectations and I don't think the FL in the show could have pulled it off with her characteristics.

Novel is just hilarious and the way TY character is described she is such a girl crush. She is hilarious and the way she flirts with LSC without knowing about is just amazing. Also sorry to tell you and spoil you but there is no bromance in the novel. But focus is more on the game, their relationship and interaction with teammates and also it's not all that fluffy. Do share your opinion once you start reading the novel.
I am glad I didn't watch the sad ending for The legends my weak heart can't handle watching a series for that many episodes just to watch a sad ending. Though the ending was all over the place I am glad it was not sad.

It's a good novel though I do have some issues with it do give it a try. I think the more I read I see why Xu Kai was casted for this it seems like the role is specifically written for him while the FL becomes even more of a misfit.
Yes they have fire chemistry they are one of few Chinese drama pairing that has natural pairing and so effortless. Oh I didn't know the ending is not happy the version I saw they have 2 kids at the end. Also I did have little trouble initially understanding the ending but nonetheless they are just awesome together. I hoped they would have another show together but in another thread somebody mentioned its probably not possible.

Same here I kind of got side tracked with other shows also I finished AMA recently as I was got quite disappointed after learning that 90 minutes of their romantic scenes were deleted and I mostly watch romantic shows but after ALP I went and binged on AMA.
I watched 4 episode of Lingjian Mountain I still haven't gotten used to the female lead yet maybe I will finish this weekend if I have nothing better to do.

I have accepted that fact that my friend will not asian dramas for time being :)

Oh seems like you have been following Xu Kai's career for a while its surprising that he really isn't trained and more credit to him. He is talented and hope continues to improve and work on some great project I would love to see him more modern dramas though.
I think TY character was changed to meet the idol image for FL. As far as novel goes she wasn't this perfect all the time and since in the novel she was only 19 some of her characteristics made sense.
Btw I did go back to check and LSC definitely had more chemistry with Pope than FL. That scene where they are saying goodbye while LSC leaves korea it felt like a BL.
Me too I avoid idol dramas at all costs and I did watch this for Xu Kai and honestly I am happy I didn't miss it as not only him supporting cast was great as well.

Good you have someone to discuss with unfortunately I don't know anybody else who watches Asian dramas except me but I do look at comments and discussions and watch certain details again from different POV
