the reason for them drifting being the fact he couldn't tell his mother upsets me. it reminds me of more than words. this story was the perfect representation of right person wrong time (lifetime)

this was a lot better than i thought it would be (due to the comments). sure the budget wasn't huge but i think they used what they had in a smart way so it didn't look cheap or tacky. the plot/characters were complex and unique and i really really loved the direction/cinematography. the director did really well, i think they would do incredibly with a big budget drama. the concept of the plastic bottles really interested me though i don't think i understood it fully because the subtitles weren't the greatest (still perfectly understandable most of the time, but i think that part had a lot of nuances that weren't conveyed). the acting was shockingly good too, the actors did a v good job, better than some mainstream actors, gentle chemistry too.
as a whole it was very melancholy and it did make me sad, though definitely out of the box and different. i wanted better for them but from the beginning you can tell it's not going to go how you want it to. but in the end its clear they will always be connected so i can make with.
i genuninely love this movie, adore it even. i watched it months and months ago but it's really stuck with me. it's dark, gritty, raw but theres a specific beauty behind it not to mention award worthy acting and incredible cinematography. it's not something that is supposed to be 'liked' (eventhough i do still very much like it). not everyone will get it or understand and i doubt a lot try to in the first place which is why i think theres negative comments. watch it! it's worth it
