I was super obsessed with this movie, still sort of am but within the limits of my free time😭 I have some more…
oh my god this was so interesting to read it sent me spiralling (i might rant a bit here, sorry in advanced i just want to be able to talk about it as rn im veryy obsessed with it too and have been for months). tbh i had never thought of how kai had knew so many details of what happened to kiritani, i just assumed in knew because he had been under mamiya for so long and had experienced what kiritani had with mamiya so used what was said to him when it happened to kiritani under the assuption mamiya said the same thing to him.
i think 2 would be possible if kai was stalking kiritani before the assault, had found him prior and was following him but under the radar, almost as a guardian angel for kiritani - his teacher whom he had loved. (this would go with what you said about kai watching over kiritani and when he wasnt thing went to shit). if thats the case he probably hadn't had any opporunity or reason to insert himself into kiritani's life until the assault. but i also feel like if kai had found kiritani before he would have inserted himself into his life immediately, assault or not.
kai walking in on the reenactment makes a lott of sense in my mind. he had been stalking kiritani since the assault (to prevent anything else from happening to him?) so being there for the reenactment would be very probable. what you said about the mirroring of kai seeing what happened to kiritani vs kiritani seeing what happened to kai also makes a lot click into place. and tbh i'd rather the ending be an anxiety nightmare than reality. your ideas are really cool!
Spoiler: Boys Planet is insanely better than this. The talent pool on Fantasy Boys is very low and the editing…
i dont think bp is thatt much better. fantasy boys is just less intense which makes it seem less serious, i agree the editing is goofy though. i also don't theres that much of a gap with talent i just don't think theyre giving the right contestants screentime.
'he's sassy' 'he's ambitious' no. he is just a very narcissistic self centric individual. im not sure how people…
i feel like a lot of people have been realising that hes just a mean person however if it wasnt obvious in ep 3 he is very popular with knetz and they usually are harder to break away from voting for the boy the want if theyre set on him (they refuse to see their faults basically)
ksoul is so fucking irritating. being nasty isnt cute. the way he acted in his group was vile.
'he's sassy' 'he's ambitious' no. he is just a very narcissistic self centric individual. im not sure how people aren't seeing it but he seems like a plain mean person. the way he reacts to other contestants placing higher than him, the snarky comments he makes and the looks he gives are just unecessary. its not funny and it just shows a bitter personality. its obvious the other contetsants find his attitude too much too. i cant see him working well in a team let alone in a debuted idol group. i can see him bringing many problems.
i think we should all start differentiating between sassy attitudes that are fun versus ones that just use 'sassiness' as an excuse to be spiteful. not to mention he did ca,
I think they will upload it on dramacool but I'm not 100% sure
that won't be for months though. it is currently only out in japan cinemas and we will have to wait for it to come out on blu-ray which will take months (+ dramacool isn't a legal website lmao)
i was so surprised to see that there was no mention abt his time in loud, must have been edited out
i'm not they rarely mention past survival shows that a contestant has been on on a survival show. like haruto (was always on LOUD) is in boys planet and they didn't talk about, same with other ex survival show boys. and as a whole they seem to edit him out a lot it's really sad :(
About the rapping [SPOILERS]....So the rapping and the role of it in the story. In the opening scene, Kiritani…
i love love love this comment so much and it really made things i was thinking in my mind have words but to them so thank u.. when you say 'he think he'll never be worth of heaven' do you mean kai himself doesn't think he's worthy of heaven of he doesn't think kiritani is worthy of heaven
