If I remember correctly, and it has been awhile… He has to stay with her at her place. I can’t remember if it’s for his or her safety. I think hers and then later in the series she stays at his place. I can’t remember the reason but I like this trope… the trope where some sort of scenario requires them to live together for a while so romance can develop.
It’s nice to see they have Hello Monster listed with a slight romance now. When I watched it they didn’t have it listed as any. I watched it anyways for the ML and SML. I have found many dramas this way. Some aren’t really romances but the main couples chemistry show a hint of romance. If the chemistry is there I enjoy it. That’s why I sometimes just ask because I can get the details.
This is sticking in my head in regards to this post. When I was in college I worked at Walt Disney World for the summer. In training they told us that #1 questions that they get is “When does the noon day parade start?” The answer is in the question but they still ask to catch all the details you can provide… like what time does it come by this part of the park, where is best place to stand, when should we line up to get a good viewing spot, etc. The details in the answers is what I was looking for. Thanks for providing me your detailed answer.

Thank you so much! Actually this doesn’t sound like anything I want to watch.
I liked “Hello Monster” for the Romance and ML. I thought it was entertaining enough. It’s not a favorite of mine but I did enjoy it. It’s been a long time since I watched it but I remember it had some “forced cohabitation” in it which is one of my favorite tropes. Those episodes were my favorite.

I did read the tags and I do read them. I read them so often that I know that many times the drama has a “little bit of romance” but not enough to be listed on the genres and tags in the MDL listing. For example “Hello Monster” doesn’t have Romance listed at all but there is quite a bit of romance in that one. For me “a little bit of romance” is enough to watch something I am on the fence about watching. I thought someone who had watched would answer in kind with yes, “a little bit,” or “none.” Even better with one simple question others may share with me a bit about the chemistry between the cast. Sorry for the inconvenience my little post caused you.

Aaah, only 3 votes left to reach 100 and there’s no way to get there hahaha. Help! 😂 Any advice? 😂
I’m not sure. If you check the “allow to retake” settings, I can take it 3 times. 😂. Or you could do a bit of Advertising by putting the link in the comments sections on some current popular BL.

It hasn’t been confirmed yet but It’s looking like a strong possibility that there will be a Season 2 based on some hints that the cast and production/producers have dropped.

It’s an open ending. He leaves for the US for some sort of Math research job but comes back in time for the new school year to begin and is her homeroom teacher again.
Unrequited love.
There is a cute song and dance number over the credits.
Perfect setup for a second season, but it’s certainly an ending that is lacking if the series doesn’t continue on.
For me, this would be the perfect setup for a second season:Five years have passed. The female lead has graduated…
YES!!! You and I think alike. I had already written a similar scenario in my mind. Very close to what you wrote with a few small changes.
Mine starts like this… “Five years have passed and our FL is a successful writer. Her bangs have grown out and her hair now looks beautiful.”
the ML because he has written a Math book and her publisher is publishing it. They run into each other at the company. She delightfully discovers he is still living with his same friends. Her publisher overhears and he/she convinces her to write another “We Are Friends” book.
The ML invites her over to his shared home so that she can get their permission this time. She brings her friend with her because she wants to see her crush again. In order to get inspiration for her book it’s decided that she needs to move in with them for 3 or 4 months and…
I didn’t expect that I would like this drama as much as I did. It’s a hilarious hidden gem. Things I liked…

DISLIKE: That hair. Her hair is so very bad for the entire drama.
LIKE: Short 30 min episodes are perfect length for this type of drama
DISLIKE: This drama is in very bad need of a large time skip or season 2. Don’t leave me hanging
