I’m glad I wasn’t the only person that noticed that! The mother completely pushes her daughter-in-laws away and accuses them on stealing her sons. Boundaries are desperately needed here:/

My takes so far on these past eps:
CSS mother should know that her indifference and discipline towards her daughter would make CSS resent her more! Not only that, servants and other people will see that CSS has no power in her house. That’s why yangyang’s maids took matters into her own hands to establish authority. She knew CSS mother would side with yangyang. With yuanyi protecting yangyang, it will ensure her that she as a place in the Cheng household, that’s why the maid started the fight!
Also, I’m glad that her brothers, father, and third aunt side with her. She needs some love from her family since her mother is too prideful to show it to her. I wonder if we will ever see the eldest brother?
I hope CSS and LBY loves story comes beautifully, they need it with their difficult life.

I noticed in the drama it shows that CSS as two older brothers. But they mention someone and call him “eldest” brother. Does she have 3 older brothers?

Is the main female lead a princess? Or she’s the maid for the actual princess and disguised as her when they get attacked?
