I just hope they reconsider this drama since this is actually their breakthrough roles T.T they could have emotional attachment to it so I still have faith.

Wrong cast... Luhan is bad at acting while leu wu is freaking elite actor!! It will be so bad
How about you watch it now. Lu Han shined more than an experienced actor. Seriously, you should stop judging an actor from his previous works because anyone can improve.
indeed we are all allowed to look and interpret things differently and no one is wrong ;)I actually did not watch…
Not really. He didn't care what others think about their relationship. What I meant about "taking care" was ML trying hard that FL would feel less suffocated and hurt because honestly her life was very difficult to the point I'm questioning what she did in her previous life ?. Though FL was also sorry for bringing chaos to ML peaceful life. There were annoying characters but I guess it's really part of rich peoples life?
Try to get a glimpse of the drama. It had the appropriate amount of angst. If I choose between it and Something in the Rain I'd pick Encounter. And I really loved SITR too, except the latter episodes I guess....
With Goblin, I think what happened here was Kim Go Eun tried to look young and cute as much as possible which resulted to her character becoming like that. Ji Eun Tak should/could have been a bit mature looking and behaving after growing up with those kind of relatives and not even mentioning what happened to her childhood. The Goblin surprisingly, didn't bother me. Though he was thaaaaat old he was also naive about relationships. He liked Eun Tak after a while when he found her sweet and warm which gave him the color he needed in his neutral life. If he did preyed on her at the very start then that would seriously be disturbing.
I'm not bashing KGE as an actress since I really liked her in Coin Locker Girl and Cheese in the Trap but she really lacked in Goblin.
I actually didn't find the pairing for Clean with Passion for Now awkward since both character were polar opposites yet somewhat the same. Gil Oh Sol appeared to be a bubbly character so it can be viewed as somewhat childish but she grew up with a sad past which makes her stronger because she remained positive despite the happenings. On the other hand Jang Sun Gyeol is viewed as a cold mature guy but gets childish in front of Oh Sol. I think they were balanced enough not to be awkward for my taste.

I found Encounter to be warm though some characters were too annoying like the FL's mother. Maybe it's just me. Because they already got attached to each other even without knowing each others social statuses. Also I don't think FL took care of ML too much, more like ML wants to take care of FL too much.
actually I watched a jdrama dear sister and the teacher is a 3rd guy so she doesn't end up with him but he did…
If you watch more J-drama and films you'll explore more of this type of drama. I also find student-teacher relationships disturbing but I think that's what makes me watch it. Like when I was watching My Teacher, My Love I was ready to punch every character the whole time for stress relief I guess.
This is like one of the first dubbed drama I watched so if you're used to it then maybe you can let it go :D
No, it's because most C-dramas are dubbed even though they use the same language. I don't really know the real reason why they do that but here in I Hear You, the FL wants to be a professional voice actress so sometimes you would hear some Japanese words in Mandarin accent which are also dubbed. But those scenes are just a few seconds you won't really mind it imo.
I realized I finished this drama for the main couple and not the story itself. That's how perfect and natural Eleanor and Connor's chemistry was projected. I love them so much
This comment section scares me. Is it worth watching or not? I saw a video about this drama on YouTube they looked…
I liked it. The dubbing was kinda off language wise and instrumental wise. BUT the chemistry between leads were great. It's a light drama so don't expect something big. But it's definitely worth to watch. Especially if you're in for the romance :D
I guess I'm the only one who didn't cry at all watching this... I had expectation when I watched the teaser way before so I was soooo excited to watch the movie. After it aired and finally got the resources to watch this, I felt underwhelmed. The brother's character didn't have that development even until the end. I have annoying and jerk siblings too but not to this extent.
