It was based on an adult webtoon so the production tried to make it family friendly or atleast public friendly but the viewers also hated that they toned it down. It's hard to live in SK fr

Wow. My little bride definitely sounds like Policeman and Me. K-drama also provides rated-18 drama like Extra-curricular. That was a great drama but I guess they didn't bother to hate it because it's not hyped like Backstreet Rookie

They literally just want to complain about anything. I think they just want to showcase their power as viewers. They complained about that kiss but they didn't even bother to think that those high school students were smoking.

They have really harsh viewers (K-drama). In J-drama, actors are young even the characters they portray they range at 17-20 yo? They play high school students and then get in a relationship with their teacher. I find that uncomfortable and disturbing. My examples are Close Range Love, My Teacher and I, Daytime Shooting Star and many more. Also this movie - Policeman and Me, The FL is supposed to be 16 and the ML is 23 years old. Not big of an age-gap but my head hurts thinking of their age.
So yeah, if you venture to J-Drama most are really disturbing and they don't find it weird I think?
I skip during on-game scenes. The shots are game-like which keeps me dizzy, the reason why I can't play video games. I want to watch it fr but I guess I need to skip some scenes.
same here. It's been a long time but there is still no eng subs
It's currently in WeTv. 1-2 eps are for free while 3-6 are for VIP. No english subs yet but there are other language available Thai, Tagalog and Indonesian

not really related to the drama but the boy you mentioned is like my schoolmate quite infamous for being grade conscious because her mom would beat him for not topping the class, never really heard his voice but yea he also brings hanky always. That was quite long ago

s2 was kinda boring compared to s1 but at least they improved the personality of that ml. I think s2 was just meant for the fans who wanted more from the series

I'd believe it if the setting was modern times because the time has changed. But if you consider this was historical, I don't think they were open minded at that time.

Some dramas are plainly weird and disturbing (for most of my jdrama experience). I guess they don't bother to be disturbed XD
