The third comment below me by @Colum H nailed it to the tee and I would like to add the following.
The kids cast is weak, only the main kid was alright. Also, why having makeup on kids? Weird. Never heard a worst generic soundcloud-esque Korean ripoff upbeat OST and people call it good. Weird. Every single time they played a squeaky sound effect I got seething abdominal contractions.
Did you finish the drama? DB was her focus the entire series. I wouldn't say she is attracted to EH, it's just her personality towards everyone. Also, DB himself wasn't nice towards her either for quite sometime. Although their side story is the shortest but they get a decent development throughout the series.
One of the strongest first episodes, my expectations were at all time high. Street doctor, gangs, police chase, morally questionable doctor and a likable cast? I was hyped!
Then within 3 episodes I knew it's the type of drama that will definitely flop and it did, big time! Around 6 episodes in and you can tell the quality watered down a lot. And after they had the big reveal I was asking myself what am I even watching. The last quarter is just weird, the writers had no clear plan what to do.
It's a very slow burner yet some events are skipped and only briefly mentioned. Feels like a big bag of chips with 70% air. Expect some unwarranted time-skips here and there. A lot of character suddenly get a change of heart in the name of "feeling guilty" which makes any emotion follow feels artificial. The ending was meh at best with half-baked resolution for the characters. Didn't like the resolution for Kyung Ku, I wanted him to move on. Didn't like Kyung Sook and Jong Kyu none existent romantic development until the very last scene with massive jump forward, feels weird.
Although it is a drama from 2005 but it had a much older feel to it, like something from the 90's. The only available subtitles are scuffed af. Most pronouns are messed up, some words were cut but still manageable to understand giving the context.
Too dry for a drama. It lacks the spice factor. All are generic stories we have seen many times in medical dramas. Money more important than patients, doctor getting fired or quitting, first patient death and saving another with a miracle. Nothing interesting, mostly forgettable.
Some aspects were amazing and hilarious while others were straight up revolting. It had a good run but suffers from too many shortcomings. Feels weird watching Kim Min Jung in a non-villain role but I got into it after few episodes. Meanwhile, Namkoong Min guest appearance caught me by surprise.
Yoon Shi Yoon solo carried the entire show on his back. Writing wise it's very questionable and subpar at best. This is not a "law" drama, it's a drama with a "law" setting.
This drama had nothing going on for it other than the comedic presence of Yoon Shi Yoon.
Looking at the writers' work, it baffles me how they managed to create this. What kind of hard drugs were they on?
What's to be said already been said by others. I delayed watching this drama for so long but I knew I will get to it eventually just for Lee Min Jung and she was a treat to watch. Lovely cast, shit drama.
What is this? A scuffed Harry Potter teenage bois cringe edition? Tacky and flavorless. This's when Seo Yea Ji used to look innocent before the scandal. Conveniently, she issued an apology just before her current drama Eve.
Too flashy and corny for a law drama. They spill the beans too early while dropping loads of hints as early as eps1. Wish they kept some of the mystery. The drama itself a bit dry for 16 episodes, I was expecting to see few more cases. They were so desperate to add the romance genre that they dedicated the entire last episode for it.
On another note, why Na Hae Ryung is part of the main cast? She literally only have less than 10 scenes.

Lee Soo Kyung's hairstyle doesn't suit her in this drama.

The drama needed more of the twins.

She agreed to marry while fully knowing there is someone else in his heart. Then she proceeds to bitch about that the entire series.
Yoon Su's reason for rejecting Seung Woo and going for Jin Hee is just plain stupid! The writing feels like eating an unsalted cold wet spaghetti.
The relationships are messy, repetitive and uninteresting after the initial phase. The ending felt unfitting and forced.
Some "scenes/jokes" were hilarious while the rest were meh.
