Why do almost all c-dramas I remember have overbearing moms and henpecked husbands/dads? Please remind me of one drama where the dad played the bad guy. I genuinely can't think of any.

The OST Is It Love by Minseo is so old school. It feels like I'm watching a romcom from 2011-2014. Just that nostalgic feeling made me so giddy.

I'm glad they didn't make Gu Won hold a grudge against his mom and had him comfort her instead. As a woman all I could think about how much pain the lady was in to have her child taken from her. I'm glad her son loved her still, or it would have been too heartbreaking.

I did hear about the multiple back and forth in the main leads' relationship, so I put off watching it. I'll start and see how it goes.

After today's episodes I just want MYC to find his way out of that hellhole too. Poor guy. I'm guessing the he only thinks he likes FL since she's the one who he's most attached to and can't bear to see her leave him behind. Similar to Ziqui in Go Ahead who thought he liked the FL because he thought marrying her was the only way he could be part of the family. Poor folks need some counselling.
