Even though it's already exciting that another of his drama is about to drop, but seeing this one officially being announced for filming makes it twice as giddy. It's like your bday and Christmas being rolled into one! π₯³ππ

Well thanks for explaining some parts of this for me. Such a pity it came to be like this, but I just hope whoever is in charge of the online media cleans up this entertainment hot mess. No one wants to hear lies and made up nonsense. π After all, it should just be a relaxing environment.

Oh, I already read all the deleted scenes and yes, it would have made it a more complete story line. If they hadn't messed with this part, people wouldn't have complained about the 'rushed, incomplete' ending. Which led to more negative comments about the show. π€¦π»ββοΈ

I'm a little confused about the creative team, wasn't it supposed to be the same screenwriter as MLC and one of the directors too? Like how was the plot line so sloppy? As I've mentioned, I found out the editing was tampered by HR but besides that, shouldn't the story be better written if the same creative team as MLC was behind it?
These few days i feel really sad and angry, i feel helpless dont know how to help QiQiπππππ i cant…
Yeah, this drama broadcast was really upsetting. You heard that they were going to attack it, but what happened was beyond what anyone anticipated. They literally had different media types bashing it which really drove people's interests away. And then the production messing with the editing.... I feel so bad for all the work that was put into this drama. π
I think he didnβt give him enough poison to kill him.
That letter LCZ left on the table before walking out was the intercepted letter from the Northern Wasteland people describing how they were going to renege on the peace negotiation that the emperor was trying to achieve. So LCZ was providing proof not to trust and go forward with this sham of a peace negotiation. Before the emperor even read that letter, LCZ had left and he didn't bother to give him that antidote and instead crushed it. So yeah, that emperor is a POS.
XMM didn't die. They cut the last scene where he was seen in a library playing a qin in the modern worldhttps://www.reddit.com/r/CDrama/comments/1nr0nik/comment/nghwhxo/?context=3&share_id=aa0YWRXQfXFS7u8tXirpu&utm_name=ioscssSee…
Thanks for sharing the link which has the compilation of scenes cut. At least we now know the missing pieces to better understanding the flow of what happened in those last episodes. π§
tbh, it is way more likely that the platforms were working with multiple locked cuts for stuff like subbing and…
His acting and fighting choreography was the only saving grace in the drama. There was no synergy between some of the characters, stilted acting from the supporting casts, the weird back and forth of XQS's hairstyle towards the end... like what were they thinking?? As much as I would like to see his acting, but if they keep on suppressing him, he should just walk away. Life is too short to put up with all this BS.

I did hear about this age cap too, but why invest in TJOL when you know the ML is already in his 30s?? π€¦π»ββοΈ Regardless of what is true or not, I do believe CY is being messed with though. I just hope he makes enough and quit the industry and live a leisurely life like LLH somewhere. π

I get that with a lot of parties involved and in post production anything can happen based on who's doing the final editing, and if it's honest mistakes and goofs made, fine. But this is more of rumblings about his production company, maybe even the platform, 'purposely' sabotaging it. I'm not saying these editing 'mistakes' if fixed would have made this drama better, but I did noticed some obvious problems to it, even before I heard of these whisperings. Of course it's all 'speculation', but if there is a hint of 'truth', they really have no bottom line. π¬
Wow, did they intentionally sabotaged TJOL? I knew the c-ent industry was shady but to 'purposely' messed with the final product in terms of audio track substitutions, cutting out key plot scenes therefore causing the flow of the storyline to be disjointed along with other editing issues, maybe including all those bloopers ?? π± .... how are you going to mess with someone's hard work like that??? If true, so messed up. π€¦π»ββοΈ
Very interesting viewpoints on a lot of this. But I think that this user speaks more about the book because LSF…
This was google translated so it's as good as the translating tool. But regardless of length or style of writing, you can always tell when a review is fair and objective, may it be good or bad.
And the pre-heating of the smear campaign begins.... π
