Mmm, that probably depends on taste. He was amazing in "Second Love," probably one of his best performances. Although I would like to see him start doing more serious roles. He seems to be heading in that direction so fingers' crossed.

They're both adults so it shouldn't matter. And 8 years isn't that big of an age gap. It's gotta be because she's older, but that's actually the trope I like. ;)

I almost stopped when I realized Sakurada Dori has a guest role. BUT, I love Shishido Kavka so am continuing for her. She's such a refreshing actress!

I do have TLB in my TW list since it sounded good. For what it's worth, I do like his character and he blends well with the rest of the cast. He's just an overall nice guy. I'm 29 episodes in and his character just continues to strengthen. It's a good role for him, or rather, he does it justice.

Li Ge Yang is also breaking into main lead roles now. He's pretty fabulous.

I don't have anything to compare his performance to since I've never seen him in anything else. He's playing a rather timid character here that matures and strengthens over time. I like him, but there's nothing super outstanding about the character other than being the ML's best friend.

It's a bad sign when I start watching a drama and within 6 episodes want to drop-kick the ML into next week, the big bully. It's one thing to be bullied by a girl when you're in elementary school (and how much of that is false memories, anyway?). It's another thing entirely to bully that same woman when you're adults in ways that border on manipulation and abuse and could literally ruin her chances of being successful at anything. The love/hate thing was almost cute until it suddenly wasn't anymore. His jackass move in the rain pisses me off more than I can say. I'm team Yu Yan all the way at this point which sucks because he's the SML and will never get the girl. We'll see if I keep watching.

I know, right!? He would be exhausting in reality, but the character is hilarious in this drama. I really love him here, he gives me so many reasons to laugh.

I like her hair in the braid. It's cute.

Mmm, I see where you're coming from. Although I find her character refreshing because she is so tough and overtly sexual, by choice. She's confidant in who she is and what she wants. She's not a weak, submissive heroine, so that makes her unique in Chinese dramas, at least, in the ones I've seen. I actually like her quite a lot in this.

Can I just say, it does not matter one bit to me if Allen Ren kisses or not! He's adorable as Gu Chuan, has terrific chemistry with Fair Xing, and so whether he actually kisses her or not is totally beside the point. He's marvelous in this drama and he makes me smile so much!

This is my first drama with AR, but I'm enjoying his performance immensely. He can be super cold and super warm depending on what his character is feeling and I love that. This is my second drama with FX and yes, I have to say that while I love her in PYHOMS, she's even more amazing here. I love her as JXN!

Yep, you should absolutely start watching it now.

I actually really like her in this. She's a good match for Allen Ren in terms of energy and charisma.

I appreciate quality subs and I'm always sad when someone who was clearly not qualified to sub a series takes it on. I know some incredibly talented and intentional subbers and I love their work. I agree with you that I don't have to love subs that are clearly bad. I don't know any other way to say it. I value quality work in myself and in others.

True, so far it's just one person who added it and voted for it. Although, making the claim that he's a worst male lead when there doesn't seem to be a logical reason is just strange.

Why would someone add Put Your Head on My Shoulder? That makes no sense to me.
