I have to agree. I also love Jun Ho as an actor and a singer. He was great here. I did not like the female lead at all. Seems her "acting" consisted of widening her eyes or turning her head. Very bland -- is that just her technique, or was that the direction -- IDK. The best part of this show was the Grandma -- once she was gone, so was most of the appeal of the show for me. The episodes were too long. They could have gotten rid of the side story of the BFF, and her stalker/assistant (?), which held no interest to me whatsoever, and had shorter episodes.

I was able to reserve it, but a formal trailer or teaser would be great. I love Republican-era dramas, and I have to say I recognize a lot of the sets and buildings lol. This will be my first Vengo Gao drama!
