this comment section is not it. i’m seeing people questioning things that were clearly addressed.

this season was really good. the acting was amazing, the chemistry between the couples is through the roof, and all the confusion caused by episode 6.5 is answered. personally, this season made me angry due to the lack of communication between shi de and shu yi. first of all, i know shi de was stuck in the US helping his mom but are you seriously telling me there wasn’t one weekend or holiday break or just like any 2 days where he could’ve just flown and visited shu yi??? like both of them were going years without communication and just didnt bother flying to each other?? oh and then when shu yi does fly to see him he sees shi de with a girl and then just walks away???? who does that??? anyway, the lack of communication between them was the main root of their problems. even when shu yi and shi de reunited they could have just sat down and talked it over but they didnt. i’m sorry for ranting lol but i will say despite this lack of communication, the season is still amazing and resolves the problems.

i think this season gets the most hate from people who actually haven’t watched it. a lot of the negative and hateful comments i’m seeing come from people who watched the post credit scene from episode 6 of the first season and episode 6.5 of the first season but haven’t actually gone on to watch this season. this season literally explains everything, the slap, the baby, the time jump, and more JUST WATCH IT BEFORE COMMENTING. the acting is amazing and you can tell everyone has worked really hard. i will say the lack of communication between shu yi and shi de made some parts of this season very hard to watch. so many problems and misconceptions could have been resolved in 5 seconds if they just sat down and talked. besides that though, the season was great and answers everyone’s questions so just watch it before you comment!

i love the chemistry between the two leads but can we take a second to appreciate the mom?! i have watched other bls where the parent is supportive, but with this one it truly felt so genuine and authentic. helena hsu had such great chemistry with both our leads that made the last episode my favorite

really? the height difference was like perfectly mork. maybe they actually got someone else for that part to make it less obvious? i really think it’s going to be mork though

The first episode was really cute and fun. I think this will be a fun little spring bl that will get me through to June lol. Pi is a funny character that made me laugh a lot with his tantrums lol. I’m already in love with Mork. The only problem I had with this episode *SPOILER* is that it’s so obvious that Mork is the secret friend that Pi is texting lol. It’s also soooo obvious that Mork likes Pi and is the one under the balloons in the opening scene. Omg I also love how they’re including a serious topic like bullying into the show. Overall, great first episode that made me laugh but also gave awareness to some serious topics. Lastly, I just want to say that I I feel like people rate these bl’s so harshly and I just don’t get why. I never see Americans review tv shows this in depth with so much passion (btw passion isn’t always positive). People need to calm down! They’re fun stories that give us gay content, just enjoy and don’t overthink it. I’m also low key confused how so many bls have like 8+ ratings yet I read like the worst comments ever?? whats up with that? ANYWAY sorry for the rant lol. I recommend giving this bl a try for sure!!

OMG this series was so good!! What’s with the low rating? I understand the ending was abrupt but that’s due to the China ban. Don’t punish the series, actors, writers, and crew for something their homophobic government decided on.
