One of the best bl series' I've watched!! Light on me was such a cute and wholesome watch. I literally binged it in 2 days. First lets talk characters. Tae Kyung is such a cutie. I've been seeing a lot of people commenting about how weird his character is and how the actor is just awkward but that's literally the point. Tae Kyung is an awkward introvert who literally had no friends up until he joined the student council, do you expect him to suddenly be able to socialize with everyone just because he made a few friends. I think the actor was perfect in portraying Tae Kyung's awkwardness and showed an accurate portrayal of someone who's spent their whole life friendless finally make friends. Next, Shin Woo. I love him so much. He was just such a cute little shy boy trying to show his love for Tae Kyung. I love how they talked about his coming out but more so focused on how he overcame homophobia and discovered who he is and is happy with that part of him. Next, Da On. I will say, I shipped Shin Woo and Tae Kyung from the beginning, however, Da On made it really hard at some points. He and Tae Kyung were really cute together and I loved the development of their relationship. I think they helped each other out with discovering who they are a lot. Next, Nam Goong. What a king. He was truly a ball of sunshine who I love so much. Whenever he was on screen I was just happy. He was such a great supportive character who had perfect interactions with the others. Last, So Hee. So I am conflicted with her character. I like her in the end, when she's friends with Tae Kyung and isn't all obsessive with Da On. However, I hate that she outed Da On and her character was annoying in the beginning. I'm gonna choose to focus on her character towards the end of the series, however, and say that I do like her. I think she finally realized that Da On doesn't belong to her and that she has a lot of self reflecting and personal growth to do. Now the story. I think the love triangle was done very well. Typically, with love triangles I either know who the MC will choose or I can clearly pick one of the choices and support that ship. I think we all knew that Tae Kyung and Shin Woo would be endgame, but the series honestly did a good job of making you doubt it. It seemed like Tae Kyung was genuinely ready to pick Da On. There were many episodes where I thought that they were going to be endgame. I also had so much trouble choosing between Shin Woo and Da On. Both characters are just so special and I love both so much that it was difficult for me to just pick one ship and fully support it. Some other things. I've seen a lot of people comment about how Tae Kyung and Shin Woo getting together doesn't make sense so soon after Tae Kyung confessed, but I disagree. I think Tae Kyung realized that he wasn't as much in love with Da On as he was mesmerized by him. I mean the most popular boy in school becoming besties with the friendless introvert. I also think that because Da On was the first person Tae Kyung got close with, he instantly became attached to him. After spending time apart from Da On I think Tae Kyung was able to reflect on the relationship and realize he wasn't really in love with Da On. Spending time with Shin Woo, allowed Tae Kyung to develop feelings and realize what love really felt like. People are saying the switch was so sudden but I feel like there was a good period of time between Tae Kyung's confession to Da On was in like episode 9 or 10 and Tae Kyung choosing Shin Woo was literally in episode 16. That's like 5 or 6 episodes that show the progress of their relationship. Finally, the ending. I loved the ending. I am really happy there was no ill will between the love triangle. I love Da On so much and I am so happy he's still friends with Tae Kyung and Shin Woo. I'm glad that in the finale we see Da On finally start to pick himself instead of being there for everyone else. I think his character has a lot of personal growing to do and who knows, maybe in season 2 he'll have a potential love interest (I REALLY HOPE HE DOES BECAUSE I LOVE HIM AND WANT TO SEE HIM BE ALL CUTE WITH A LOVER). I also think towards the last few episodes we start to see Nam Goong develop more romantic feelings towards So Hee. I hope this is further explored in a second season because their scenes together are so funny. Tae Kyung and Shin Woo are so cute together. I'm happy the last episode shows them being themselves at school and unafraid of what others might say. The final beach scene was also really cute. Oh, how could I forget. THAT ENDING WITH MR. SEO. Who was that mans that just showed up in the end out of nowhere. What a nice little cliffhanger. In conclusion, I loved this drama and really hope that there's a second season!!

exactly! IU got so much hate before her first acting role and now she's one of the most famous actresses amongst idol fans and actor fans. she was phenomenal in hotel del luna and is one of the best idol actresses out there right now. i know that hye ri isn't on IU level (i don't mean that as hate) but she is still a good actress, her being an idol should have nothing to do with her acting career

to my understanding the point of this special was to just summarize leofiat for those who are interested in watching Don’t Say No but don’t want to watch TharnType 2. i don’t think it was ever meant to bring in any new scenes or story, that’s what Don’t Say No is for, this is just an introduction to leofiat for new viewers.

Why did MW have to be sent off into the afterlife? In the very first episode when MW became the owner of the Moon Spirit Inn she was a LIVING human. When she first meets Ma Go Si she explains she is trying to find the Moon Spirit Inn to take the spirits in the coffin she’s transporting. MW then holds the sword up to her own neck saying she wants to take responsibility for the lives lost because of her. Ma Go Si pities MW for thinking that taking her own life will make up for the death she’s caused. MW claims that her life is the only thing she can sacrifice and digs the sword into her neck. Their conversation is then interrupted by horseback soldiers coming at them which we then learn are ghosts that MW killed before. Ma Go Si then voiceovers that this is now MW’s place of punishment and MW stabs her sword into a tree, which we then learn is MW’s moon spirit tree. To my understanding, the moon spirit tree is a representation of MW’s soul as it is rooted to the Moon Spirit Inn, in the present the Hotel. Seeing as how MW never actually killed herself, didn’t the hotel just stop her flow of time keeping her there until her punishment was done? SO what I’m getting at is after MW was done repenting for her sins and she made amends with CM and was done being the Hotel’s owner, shouldn’t her flow of time just unpaused. Doesn’t this mean she could’ve lived out that life with CS? I just don’t understand how she’s going into the afterlife if she never actually died?
