I really want to watch this series but don’t know where to start. I heard Kiss doesn’t even do anything for Pete and Kao’s relationship. Is Kiss Me Again relevant to the story of DBK? Can someone please explain and let me know what to watch and in what order to understand everything about Pete and Kao?

the shadow friend is someone he’s texting but doesn’t know the person’s identity. i think they show the person just for visuals instead of having to show text messages on the screen. personally, i believe the shadow friend is mork

i don’t think the person necessarily leaned up but more so just straightly leaned in, which would make sense for mork because he’s the perfect height i think for his lips to lean into pi’s forehead. also when the camera zooms out to give an almost birds eye view of the scene, the person kissing pi looks taller. i may be wrong though. i do agree that the features look different after rewatching. like the lips for sure are different and so is like the back of the hair. who knows maybe mork gets a haircut lol. yeah but honestly i can see it going either way, it being mork or someone else :)

especially after that post credit scene in the final episode?

OMG!! i’m sorry i actually really messed up. apparently kissasian doesn’t have the deleted scenes I was mistaken. i just looked up the deleted scenes and those definitely weren’t included. i guess i got confused because i understood the story perfectly so was confused as to why people in the comments didn’t get it. anyway i’m really sorry! that’s my mistake kissasian just has the regular WETV episodes like everything else

lol yeah! there was one scene in season 1 when they were eating and then all the other characters were like “when did happen??” and that’s kinda all we get

sorry for the confusion it definitely was a marriage proposal i just don’t think they were ever like officially titling each other as boyfriends (or at least we the viewers never got a scene like that). zhe yu compared their relationship to like a donkey and a carrot, bing wei being the donkey always chasing zhe yu the carrot.

yeh it was really abrupt. like they were eating together and then everyone was like “when’d they get together?” so i think it was kind of like a funny get together maybe?
also they aren’t technically together because in fighting mr 2nd zhe yu says he hasn’t accepted bing wei’s boyfriend proposal

at the end of season 1 they get together. maybe it was another deleted scene but on kissasian i watched them get together. either in ep 5 or 6

i watched this season on kissasian and it had every scene, even the ones people are saying were deleted. like someone commented they didn’t know the mom was sick but in the episode i watched they explained she had hypertension. i’m not sure what’s going on but i recommend watching on kissasian bc they have all the scenes in the episodes

i’m really not trying to be mean when i say this but people are hating on this season for no reason so sorry if this comes off as mean. so many of you fanboys and girls overanalyze these bls sooo much. i’m seeing paragraph long comments about character development and plot lines. just chill and watch the show. this season was really good and doesn’t deserve the hate it’s getting. it also doesn’t deserve the constant comparison to the previous season. this takes place when they’re adults and are running huge tech companies, obviously it’s going to be more angsty than season 1 when they were school boys. i really enjoyed this season and seeing all these negative comments is just taking me out of the great mood i had after seeing another chapter of these couples’ lives. i’m not saying this season was perfect because it definitely has its faults, but you all just overanalyze these characters and get upset when plot lines or development don’t go
your way!
