Title Missing 9
I was so excited and then I've read in a description that Ra Bong Hee will be the only survivor....... >_<
I doubt they'll kill everyone off. The article says "she ends up becoming known as the only survivor and sole witness to the events" which makes it sound like everyone else died, but seeing that there is no 'tragedy' in the genres list, I would say that even if they play out the plot as thought she is KNOWN as the only survivor, that technically doesn't neccesarely mean that everyone else died, maybe they'll keep everything secret, because of the events that happen in the island or something..

Thank you, this helped a lot! I should have mentioned that I have actually seen Hirugao and loved it, so I was wondering which you thought was better between the two and if they had enough differences for me to even watch My Man's Woman, but now I will probably watch it. And btw, it's kind of weird how you say that you wouldn't really recommend this drama, while I do get what you're saying I still feel like everyone should watch this kind of story, not necessarily My Man's Woman, but any story about infidelity, because people lack empathy and are really quick to judge, maybe seeing everything from the 'bad guy's' perspective would help them understand. :)

Great review, well thought out, a lot of details...ugh really really good! But how would this compare to Hirugao?

I guess I have to speak for everyone who found your review unhelpful. Even though I didn't, can't bring…
You sure are wordy, as you said, while I am quiet the opposite and that is why I might have thought that some sentences were unimportant. I think I used the wrong word saying that they were "unimportant" now I would rather say that they are unessecary. For example this sentence :
"I say this, by the way, as someone who does not follow K Pop at all and whose only knowledge of EXO is what my friends post on the feeds here and the song that was used in this drama."
As a stand alone sentence it is fine and it sure strengthens your point but overall think about it this way - if you were to delete it would it hurt the review as a whole? I don't think so, especially if the review is already this long.
It's kind of hard to say that any sentence is "unimportant" because it does what its supposed to - carries you opinions and ideas which means all of them are important. Why did I start this? I am so bad at qritiquing, it hurts >.<

I guess I have to speak for everyone who found your review unhelpful. Even though I didn't, can't bring myself to do it because if you wrote a review and you actually thought about what you were watching and not only drooled over the hot guys on the screen - I instantly love you :D
Anyway I will try to put into words why I thought your review wasn't very helpful:
-You left out some things you have to adress. Like your review of the story is lacking. You just compared the original with the remake. Is it enough? You can decide for yourself.
-You focused on reviewing the characters which is fine, because a lot of stories are character driven but...jeez I'll sound so mean but you didn't really write anything essential or it was just lost in to many unimportant sentences.
-Everything you have written sounds more like your opinion and not an observation. I know I am contradicting myself because a review is basically a personal opinion but by not giving any good arguments you make your opinion sound very weak. And I know giving arguments without spoiling the story is haaard but not impossible.

I hope you takes this as an encouragement to write better reviews in the future. Writing a good review is hard and I am definitely not someone to look up to in this aspect. I am just the worst kind of person - really good at noticing everyones flaws. I hope you don't dislike me after this, I already have to many rivals Irl xd And please argue with me if I am wrong! ^^

Thank you so much ^^
But I could not for the life of me make out what "SPG" means probably because my first language isn't English. Help me! :D
And oh I would like to hear which dramas made you feel this way too? :))

Honestly I love it when the male lead gets frustrated/angry when something bad happens to the female lead or when he's jealous and you're just sitting there like "yes, you love her, don't deny it anymore :>"

I didn't cry much while watching this too and I felt weird, because everyone claimed that they were drowning xd Glad you finally watched this. So sad, yet so positive.

The longest drama I have ever finished was Smile, you (45 episodes). I don't regret it, but it wasn't that good either, probably because I am not into family, slice of life kind of stories. Nowadays I struggle to even start a 20 ep. drama. And why is that? Because the thing I hate the most and the thing that for me ruins 90% of the dramas I have ever watched is very likely to happen - it'll get draggy, boring and they will strech out the plot to the oblivion. So I don't watch long dramas and don't feel guilty at all ;D

"I usually write a review if I am inspired by greatness." Most of the time it is the opposite for me, because when it is a good drama I feel like other people have said everything in their reviews but when a drama is bad a lot of the time people don't really say it ( unless it is awful). But nowadays I am trying to write a review for every drama I watch. :)
