Nevertheless, this show is my favorite romance comedy of the summer. Number two is Saionji-san wa Kaji wo Shinai. But I wonder what if Anne Nakamura and Wakana Matsumoto switched places in their respective dramas!

I agree that Anne Nakamura is not the best actress out there. She's more fashion-model than actress for sure. But the show does describe her as "himono," or dried-up fish, a woman who has given up hope of falling in love again. Not much of a defense, I know...

Agreed. The lack of romance spoils this otherwise fine love-romance comedy. Also, I could have sworn I saw a Tweet from Matsumoto Wakana showing that the drama will end after 11 episodes, on September 17...

I gave it an 8.0, for what it's worth. That's a very high rating for me. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Episode #5 was well-worth the long wait!

Actually, my favorite out of all of Ayaka’s looks is her original un-evolved, fresher-suit, glasses, yokogami form.

I wonder which is the bigger deal in most people's eyes between the two of them: the age gap (in real life Matsumoto 39 years old vs Nomura 20, I forgot in drama years) , being 19 years, or the height gap (Minori/Matsumoto 160 cm vs Wataru/Nomura 184 cm), being 24 cm...Wataru might be always looking up to Minori, but she's always literally looking up at him! I mean, I worry about Matsumoto straining her neck sometimes!

My first GL drama, so I have nothing else to compare it against, but to me it's a winner! The intro/opening song itself is the cutest, catchiest thing that I never skip over! And the attention to colorful detail in just about every scene, from the outfits to the backgrounds to the lighting, is to be applauded. Episode #7 was just one attack after another--this must have been the climax! I'll be sad to see the end next episode.

After episode #5 we're finally getting closer to finding out why Ichika's mother is so angry at the father. I wish it didn't take this long.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Family Meeting presentation showdown between Saionji and Kusumi!

Yeah, but at the same time Minori has to watch out for Riko giving Minori's young son poison candy!!! Actually, I want Wataru and Kanon to get together and be a proper high-school couple! Besides, isn't Kanon one of the only ones with any common sense in this drama?

I kind of agree with you, up until episode #5 at least. But I think episode #6 has woken up the older sister, and now she'll really start acting!

I'm happy for the strong bond and maturity that developed between the two main characters. Episode #7 showed, for me, the power of calmly thinking about a problem before coming to a decision.

For me at least, this drama has finally gotten interesting after watching episode #4. Two rival students under one roof! And that one roof isn't the only thing they have in common!

The TBS homepage has information about episode 10, but does not say that it is the final episode. I also checked some fansites, and they don't know when it will end.

This drama is going to be longer than ten episodes...
