In a world of AI cdramas let’s appreciate this beautiful drama more.
What do you mean AI?
Chinese dramas NEVER use AI. They use real people and real locations for their dramas.
All costume dramas also use real people and real locations. They have real imperial palaces and cities from various dynasties in Hengdian, Xiangshan, Duyun Qin - Han filming city, etc.
Ok this show is not that good but since I waited for it for so long I still insist on watching it… and now Im…
Who said that? No! Many Chinese dramas got cold MLs with reasonable deep love. Even though they are deeply in love with FL, but they are still smart + charismatic/badass/dominated in their role.
Wanna examples? - Xiao Jue from Legend of The Female General - Wei Shao from The Prisoner of Beauty - Yan Chi from Coroner's Diary - Ling Bu Yi from Love Like The Galaxy - Feng Sui Ge from Fated Hearts - Xie Wei from Story of Kunning Palace - Song Mo from Blossom - Xiao Hua Yong from Blossoms of Power - etc many more
Guys, I need your opinion. Should I watch Overdo or just skip it?To be honest, I'm usually not into Republic-era…
What do you mean AI? Overdo shot in real locations. China has republican era shooting locations with real permanent buildings + old town with 1920s - 1940s era.
What do you mean? This is China from 1970s. And their conditions are totally different now. China is one of the most advanced country in the world with economy power.
BJT with his another amazingly chosen script....worth the watch for all cdrama viewers for sure!It wasn't as great…
Disagree. Mobius is far more spectacular than Reset. The looping routes in Mobius are different from each other. It makes the repetition in each routes are more interesting.
I need your opinions, guys. So far, until today's episodes, do you think Moli is a great drama? Like the pace is stable (not too fast, not too slow), the conflicts and politics are interesting, the development of relationship is good, the romance and kissing scenes are hot and beautiful, etc.
I really love Bailu and Cheng Lei. So I wanna watch this drama after it's completed
Sighhh...the last three episodes had so much material packed in there with no scenes of leads together till the…
Enigma, I am waiting your review about Moli. Why you don't watch Moli? Many people said Moli is REALLY GREAT. But I still want to read reviews from veteran watchers like you and PeachBlossom.
You are so SHAMELESS. I am full 100% Chinese and I can tell which dynasties for all Chinese dramas with just looking at their outfits and architectures.
And your answer is totally wrong! This drama was set in Tang Dynasty 100%.
THIS DRAMA SETTING IS CLEARLY TANG DYNASTY. The costumes, accessories, hairstyles etc are screaming TANG DYNASTY.
Ming Dynasty? Qing Dynasty? If you want to watch Ming Dynasty costume dramas then you should watch A Splendid Match, The Heir, The Glory, etc. Don't even mention Qing Dynasty because they are MANCHU DYNASTY. There is NO half-bald with braid ponytail in this drama! Everyone have their beautiful long hair because they are HAN CHINESE.
What do you mean post 2024 dramas? Blossom was released around Dec 2024. It's not post 2024!
What i said is a fact. They started to release more Rebirth dramas from around 2021/2022. If you don't know about it, then I tell you now.
Don't be so ignorance to accept new information. LTOT was released around 2022. And it was shot in 2021. In that time, many mini dramas and short dramas also have Rebirth and Time Travel themes.
Why you dropped all of them?

Actually, it's kinda sad because you decided to drop The First Jasmine without trying to watch a couple of first episodes.
I think Legend of Rosy Clouds have similar vibes with ADWAD. Comical and hilarious. It's not something serious like other palace politics dramas.
I really don't understand that terms in true meaning
I don't understand about it
