Title Who Rules the World Spoiler
Can someone who has read the novel please tell me if there are long breakups or misunderstandings between ML &…
in the novel there is no breakups or misunderstandings but there is some lack of trust between them and conflict of interest, however the drama is a lot different from the novel especially yangyang character so it's hard to say

on chinese platforms alot of people seem to dislike it, there was a weibo topic trending earlier today about it…
if i'm not being too intrusive, would you mind explaining why did you drop it? i'm a bit curious, is it because of the production, the plot?

oh i see, the issue is from scenes that aren't from the novel and got added in the drama version.. well, hopefully i won't impact the drama too much since i wouldn't like to see yangyang and lusi hard work wasted for something the production once again did...

I hope they will not write Miss Huan to be those jealous girls that will treat the female lead badly just because…
two scenes already show her jealous of bfx so it’s inevitable, but i think someone else might have pushed her to act on it tho (and im thinking of ren in particular, lanxi’s servant) reason why whatever she will do to our fl it won’t be bad enough for lanxi having to kill her or throw her in prison but simply kicking her out and with money

they didn’t mention it clearly yet it’s assumptions from scenes in episode 2 and 3!! (and they also have the same family name)

definitely a lot more complicated (and while i was writing the comment i keep adding more and more details i suddenly remembered 😹)
it’s hard to say everything is very cryptic right now and we can only make hypothesis about what happened 😭
yes apparently he is (even if those are also assumptions for now) and someone above said it’s probably because of that he reacted this way in the first episode when his teammate got injured and he was close from retiring, if it’s really the case looks like he didn’t accept what happened to his sister (and reason why i’m so scared for the part where he’ll learn our fl was involved in the accident, they’ll both suffer 💔)

i have to say i’m also very curious about the side character stories; the trainer (which seems to have a brillant past as a badminton player yet no one in the team respects him), the “loser” (seems to be a lot distressed because of his personal problems), the team leader (nothing was said yet but there is something going on for him to just watch everyone without ever reacting and do his job as leader, and you can tell he wants to help but he just doesn’t), jung hwan (acting like a total arrogant and cocky asshole despite being actually very nice and paying close attention to everyone, and i’m so interested with his possible love line with yoomin since she seems to be the only one who noticed that (+ the loser) but i just know it’ll be angsty between them since jun young)

my interest on some secondary characters is probably because the entire cast acting is simply excellent …

Title Love All Play Spoiler
As flaws, I noticed some scenes a bit unclear about when, where or why we are here. Also, some scenes have low…
she’s putting up with the bullying only because she thinks she deserves it, she even ran alone despite knowing it was a joke, if she wanted to respond to their attacks she would have done it before with her personality but she chooses to not to. we don’t know her relationship with that aggressive teammate, but looks like they were relatively close and playing together as duo (reason why that teammate is now only playing alone i’m guessing), that teammate also retired from the national team and i believe it’s also related to the scandal since fl kept saying sorry to her at her door the day it happened (and that teammate situation looks more complicated than what it appears because living as a divorced mum is incredibly hard in korean society)

fl has a different relationship with jung hwan reason why she doesn’t react the same, he was the ex of her very good friend which she “caused” the accident, he apparently knows about the “real reason” (which i’m sure isn’t the actual reason) but it indicates their relationship is deeper than we think, also i think the more someone is connected to that incident the more sensitive and stressed fl becomes (and when she’ll learn ml is jun young brother it’ll definitely be terrible for her), i’m pretty sure he said very mean things to her back then in defense of jun young and is probably the one who made her become this “i deserve nothing but feels pains” person
also if you notice, their talk in the stairs, she said “at first i was going to walk with my head down whenever i see you” (which means she was going to behave the same way she does with her teammates) but what he said ticked off something and she got nut, but i 100% agree she shouldn’t have pushed him down the stairs it was so dangerous and i got shocked as well… (i told myself that he probably told her something very horrible back then for her to react like that)

for the strawberries scene, she has the same mentality than with how she lets her teammate bullies her “i feel comfortable with you but i don’t deserve to feel comfortable after what happened” she stopped playing the sport after the incident instead of trying to innocent herself (and keep letting people view her as a horrible person) she didn’t even practice either and let her body take the hits (because not doing any sport in three years as a sportive who used to play in national team is a punition as well) and might think she doesn’t deserve any good thing in life overall including feeling comfortable with someone (and it’ll probably be the same thing about dating him, she’ll probably reject him at first) playing the sports feels like the last thing she’s holding to before completely giving up on everything, she said it to ml that she’s desperate

my speculations about the incident, i believe fl actually didn’t do anything that day (if you notice she’s also injured, her calf, and she got some trauma, her hands) but since she was here and jung young got impacted the most, she’s blaming herself for it when she probably couldn’t have stop it from happening
only taeyang and jun young know what happened exactly, either jun young told her own version of the story to jung hwan, or jung hwan just made his own conclusion, and taeyang probably just accepted this version because she feels bad and guilty despite knowing it’s not what happened (she for sure convinced herself and is living in deny but her playing the sport again after everything happened is unconsciously a call for help to me), and taejoon will definitely be the one trying to know exactly what happened that day to clear taeyang name from the fake scandal and also free her from the emotional torture she’s letting herself go through

the drama despite being a sport one must be watched as a detective one where you have to carefully listen and gather each detail said to know the truth

I still dont understand why FL is into ML even after knowing that he is a prince. As i know she hates politics…
i’m guessing because the prince is also the hei feng xi she fell for so even if she dislikes politics, just like him with her, she can’t help but wanting to stay with him

i think some negativity is raising because people waited 5 days for new episodes just for some of the newest to barely include lusi (and the next week previews don’t seem to make any difference) it’s more frustration talking than anything haha, like do not worry most of people still love the drama a lot.
it’s not a criticism toward yangyang or his character which everyone likes (people wanted more of him in his ponytail and the people are right 😾) but more toward distribution; if the palace politics were to take that much importance in the drama then in counterbalance they should have make a side story with bfx in the martial world, even some fillers nobody would have cared (and it’s fair since there are many others sides characters which most of us would like to see more on the screen than the ones from lanxi’s family) and not just let her wander in the streets of his kingdom with the same “health” reason which stopped making sense at this point since she’s an adventurer.
the first episodes had both martial world on a side and palace politics on the other and it was perfectly distributed this way. i’m guessing the only reasons they’re making her stay in his kingdom is for the romance between them, since the drama focus more on prince lanxi than hfx, this is why the relationship development between them happens here instead of the martial world (which is a pity because most of us favorite episode is the 16th one aka when the romance happens in the martial world 😹) and also maybe budget, concentrating a lot of the story in the same place reduces the costs as well.
you have to remember that even if yangyang is famous, lusi is famous too so a lot of viewers are watching the drama because of her, especially since she plays such a cool character (in her first s+ drama), not just her fans but everyone naturally want more than just a few comedic minutes in a 45min episodes. lusi plays after all a main character, and her screentime being reduced by a lot for (the same evil and annoying) side characters is naturally not appreciated. (we want more of our badass and smart heroine since it’s so rare to have such female characters!)
again, the people complaining love the drama and we can agree the palace politics, even if repetitive, are well-written, everyone just wish more of bfx and not to have her disappear for more than half of an episode. like those complains are correct and not exaggerated.
so now as someone who read the novel, i ask everyone to be a little more patient and wait for her arc to come, which i also hope will happen soon 😭 (usually episodes 25-28 in chinese dramas introduce the other half of the drama) also if they follow the novel, don’t expect something huge and crazy since everything about her is the opposite to lanxi, and we should see a more emotional side with her than one focusing on drama.
ok this is all for my long comment haha, let’s keep supporting our two leads and watch this cool drama together 😁❤️

after episode 18, I feel like they are mixing up the facts in the novel to change the characters. like YWY, he…
when i saw them mentioning him becoming handicapped i was like “noooo” because it reminded me of that evil brother 😭 but since he jumped in order to protect lanxi i don’t think he will blame him for his situation (it’s not as if lanxi asked him to jump 🤣) unless he wakes up with memory loss and his mum uses it to say lanxi is the one who pushed him or something but it would be too far stretched i think… we’ll see but i hope he stays loyal to lanxi 🤞
