Watching this makes me feel somewhat like a zombie but I just want to know what happens so I watch anyway despite the brainless feeling. I always skip any scene with Hye Ji, I just can't handle her. I really hope I read the wrong thing too. However, one of the reasons why I believe it might be true is because the real Wang So (Gwangjong) apparently did marry his half sister who was his queen (again, I read this on Wikipedia). I just kind of hope they leave that part out.

- generally the same love triangle of 4th, 8th and the main girl
- the girl's relationships with 10th, 13th and 14th princes
- 4th Prince's cold relationship with his mother who favors 14th Prince over him (and in this version, there's another brother Prince)
Other than that, the storyline has different events, new characters and different relationships between characters but seems to be going along the same lines as the original. But that's all I can tell so far in the 3 episodes and trailers that have been shown.
(Your heart really does ache though! It might be because of his storyline or his looks but Lee Jun Ki is really improving my opinion of 4th Prince from the original. Also, 8th Prince is much more likeable/really lovable compared to Kevin Cheng for me!)

Yes, the OST is modern for a historical but you have to remember that our protagonist is a modern day girl. Personally, I find the music fits quite well.
