I enjoyed it but I gotta say that if Yamapi was not good looking, this stalking thing would just be on another level of creepy. I mean even if it was him, I still found his sudden possessiveness too disturbing. Once you get past though, it is an enjoyable drama particularly if you're like me and like when there are multiple persons in love with the female lead.
I can't believe this was the first time I saw Zhao Zanilia when I think of how much I hated her in this movie. Especially because of how much I've been loving her for these last two weeks!
Only watched Season 1 (episodes 1-25) because I'm currently in love with Zhao Zanilia and I'm not interested enough in Wu Hen or Wu Jie to watch another 25 episodes but I'm going to leave it as they lived happily ever after :)
So tempted to watch! CG effects usually put me off these dramas though. I'm torn.

Started 5 days ago, completed today and despite all the spoilers I'd heard, somehow I still didn't expect that ending. I'm quite happy with it! 9.5/10 - the 0.5 is knocked out because of Ni Man Tian (truly horrible girl). Also, Sha Jie Jie is my favourite person ever.
The last 2 episodes won my heart. I loved this drama so much. I hated parts of it so much. Still, it holds a special place in my heart. I started this partly because of Wallace Huo and Liu Shi Shi but majorly because I find her passion for medicine really admirable. She suffered through so much hardships for her passion but she never gave up on it. Also, Zhen Qi's devotion just melts me and that ending! I love it! Made me smile. Gotta mention my boy Ye Xian. He just made me like him even though I really shouldn't. Qiyu kind of redeemed himself which is great 'cause I hated that guy's guts for several episodes. Really great drama despite its ups and downs! 8.5/10

Thank you for your response and your answers! I didn't pick up on that bit with Cha Sik's mom TBH so I guess that's why I got confused. But about the romantic feelings with Jin Mok, I honestly don't think there was going to be a love triangle between the three because to me, Yoo Seul and Cha Sik's relationship never seemed anything but platonic and felt more like a brother and sister than a couple. With Jin Mok, I felt more of a romantic rivalry tension going on but maybe that's just me, haha? Either way, thanks again for your input!

Haha, "douche hat" is such an apt description for him! I don't think I've ever disliked a second male lead this much before. I'm at the point where I kinda wanna claw his and his empress' eyes out. (Such violence he inspires!)
Whenever I think of this drama, it crosses my mind that I would have enjoyed it more if they just stuck with the love story in the past with the Crown Prince and Boo Yong.

Nope, I'd say don't do it. If you dislike KHJ, you're going to absolutely loathe him and most likely end up disliking Jung So Min as well by the time you're through.
For me, the first half of the movie had all the good stuff - cute fluff and the main girl had a spark in her. Then it kind of dipped into the usual pattern of a J-movie (and the main girl becoming a puddle basically). It was nice but I'm not as thrilled as I hoped. 7/10 for the initial enjoyment though!
But gosh, it's a cute drama. And Mizushima Hiro is swoon-worthy.
