Do you think they meet at a set, shake hands and greet each other with: 'man, I wonder if I am still snogging you when we're 40?' :D I really enjoyed it.
I was actually out all day and didn't manage to see the last ep until just now. But I was on MDL with my phone thinking *don't read any comments - don't read any comments* haha-- totally worthy finale for the series. <3
Thanks for your review! I totally agree. Minimal edits in the story could have gone a long way to improve the series. They should not have glossed over the childhood abuse like that. I get it was not supposed to be a dark theme in the series but if they had made Tharn a bit more circumspect he could have done all his scenes and would have seemed less coercive. Although the acting was good, I think my personal favourite character was Techno - I wish his story would have gotten more screen time in LBC - but I suppose then people would have been outraged again about the consent issue in his subplot. That being said, I seem to notice a certain preference in BL for getting straight guys drunk and seducing them. That theme must sell really well... for sure there are some kinky BL fans out there otherwise this wouldn't persist. *waves a flag* :D
I support you on all accounts! I do not understand all the negativity towards the cheating either- It's like everybody forgot it was Knock who had no qualms to cheat on his girlfriend (twice!) in the prequel - is it because she turned out bat-shit crazy and Korn's dreamy? What kind of double-standard are people applying? Also, I am really sad, that people dislike Farm/Bright. Is it because people prefer vanilla love stories? I think the way Farm developed is the hottest thing since sliced bread. I nearly had a heart attack when Bright said 'rabbit playing tiger' - and it truly is, because you can see at every turn, that he still is and yearns to be the good boy. :D I have to admit that the Yiwah/Cho story had me feeling a bit bored. Since Bad Romance I cannot -for the life of me- understand why he loves her. And I think this missing link shows in their interactions on screen, their chemistry is just not as strong.
Came for the powerplay and stayed for the pure raw intensity of the character portrayal - absolutely compelling. But beware: the tags don't lie. I enjoyed the the power dynamic and dark edge of their relationship just enough to counter balance my personal dislike of graphic violence.
Were you able to find the title of the song played when Xongsi said he is greedy :)?
My Chinese is not good enough for that ;) - this is all google translate, which also explains the missing particles and pronouns :D - ps. if you find the song, pls share <3

*finger crossed* let's wait a little longer :) 静静的吻你一下你會願嗎 It's all so sweet and beautiful 開始 慢 慢的喜歡你 你 讓我很好 奇 整天在我腦裡 怎麼都想見你 對你的想念越情不自禁
Would you like to kiss you quietly? It's all so sweet and beautiful Start slowly and slowly like you You make me curious In my head all day I want to see you no matter what I can't help but miss you

I've also been looking for it- but even searching for the chinese lyrics - I was not successful ... took me 1h on google translate to piece it together :(
Unfortunately have to agree with Apple Eye's review and the consensus from the comments. I suppose it's okay to put your work first and if both partners are okay with a situation like that then no worries- I am sure many successful couples make it work and still have romance. The keyword being 'mutual' in any relationship. But here? I wish the ML would pick up some dignity, considering he is supposed to be a workaholic, too he spends an awful lot of time loitering around her neighborhood. If he wasn't so handsome this would be unbearable. Insta love is no great for me, but I can handle it, having read my share of Shojo- But excuse me, how is sex a 'reward' to claim for being a 'good boyfriend'? What are you teaching young females with this Manga adaptation?
