Do I love that the story spans so many years? I am really enjoying the first episodes. They don't drag at all so far. And I enjoy all the characters and that even the most annoying ones have a counterparts that make them more likeable. But hell how will they keep this up? I am so afraid the downward developement will start soon... :(
oO when did Zihan find out that Yanou is a girl? What did I miss?
No wait... just rewatched that scene on viki. Clearly (acc to the subs) she says at about 0:40:06 "You are almost 26 now. Your rule of being a guy is almost over" and Yanou says: "But right now he thinks I am guy."
This is very obvious... if the subs are correct she Zi Han def know Yanou is a girl!
Ohh the FEELZ *swoon* love this. Haven't had a case of serious drama binge fever in ages and now the anticipation is killing me waiting for ep11!
And could somebody pls give more screentime to Andy?
Good leads but what's with the story writing? So boring! The investigation team are all straw figures, why do…
only three episodes is still 3 h 30 min. That's a lot of time for a drama to convince me- unfortunately this one hasn't. The characters fail to make for a good story (no matter which genre). But I appreciate you think otherwise.

I realise the romance is not the main subject ;) What I was referring to was rather the prospect that the investigators actually have potential for a happy ending beyond solving the case. And I am not saying the mystery is not good. I am saying that the characters do not shine favourably on the story. It seems that the only one with common sense is our little genius and everybody else keeps busy gawking at him. What's the point of calling this an investigation drama? Sorry, really not for me.

The investigation team are all straw figures, why do they even exist? They do not contribute to the story, they don't have personalities and their general impression is one of absolute uselessness.
I was actually looking forward to an investigator team genius/police with some nice romance, but if the result is all mystery and detective aspects are being sacrificed on the altar of romance I'd rather not have any romance thank you very much.
So disappointing.
I was really looking forward to this :)
Finally watched it - and I really liked that it wasn't a one-to-one copy of the Manga. However I was a little disappointed with Yuni's characters. She's not portrayed as smart or intelligent for that matter. She is childish and has completely failed to grasp the concept of independence...
(Whoever says: I don't need friends, I have a boyfriend) def needs get their priorities sorted...
Anyway same goes for mister Smexy teacher - however things that proving love is to marry someone is def on the wrong track (and whoever things love needs to be proven to be real doesn't deserve it)
So apart from these little childish hickups I really enjoyed the movie. I thought it would be a little more an the forbidden side topic wise, but still...
def a sweet watch!
don't know whether this is awesome and original or really horrible. So I get everybody loves room 709 haha... no wonder! if I see one more clichéd romcom I think I am going to scream... but what's with the other rooms? How is it entertaining to watch another more condensed version of the Korean toilet fixation issue? Or all the other little ways in which Korean women tend to treat their partners that would have caused me to ditched her ages ago?!
I am rather disappointed. The cast was overwhelming but it lacked tension. Don't get me wrong it was pretty obvious where script and director intended tension but it never got throught to me... I was rather bored and couldn't fathom how the title 'obsessed' was validated. I mean ok, forbidden lovers, despair, etc. but obsession looks a little different to me. Being dumped and not being able to let go is also not obsession, being dumped and shooting yourself is even less obsession... I don't knwo why this sets during the Vietnamese War, how does this setting contribute to the plot? Why hint at the Colonel's mental instability but not expand on it? Did they set this during this time for the sole reason to ship him off after the scandal got out? And why would a celebrated war hero be so dumb as to miss his own heart during suicide?
I was really looking forward to this. The positively scandolous turn of a actor to more explicit content. I was really curious as to how well he would do, since I always thought SSH a really good actor. well bottom line: not the best sex scenes in kdrama land, not the best chemitry in kdrama land and certainly not the best plot in kdrama land.
I am glad that he dared to try a new direction he didn't do too bad, I think it would have been better, had there been more chemistry with the female lead. I hope his next project will be with a better costar
I thought I was getting too old for romcom drama adaptations. But I really do like Mayu Shinjo and this one was not one of these exaggerated School / gender bender genres. Still a bit over the top but fair. A bit boring as well (story wise, nothing much happens. No suspense... no drama...) but I thought it was quite cute. I didn't skip through the first half (which I think was the better half), then it became a bit stereotypical and too unrealistically cheezy. Akira's role got marginalised in the second half, aswell I didn't like that much. And it is all very superficial, we know practically nothing about Akira or any of the characters. That's a shame. And please don't get mislead, Akira does not run around in a dress all the time. Which I am quite thankful for, because the Gothic lolita style everone is wearing is a bit much for anything outside the pages of a manga.
Aaron Yan's romcoms roles are always's the exact same with interchangeable actresses.
This is very obvious... if the subs are correct she Zi Han def know Yanou is a girl!
