One can never please everyone. Was the swastika promoting nazism? Nope. Any relationship to it? Nope. Koreans can't display their culture? You racist? I guess not otherwise you wouldn't watch Korean productions. Had there been fascii related to some Etruscan food festival in the pseudo-Italian restaurant, would you have been uncomfortable? Fascii can bug some people even if unrelated to Mussolini. They did mention north Korean soldiers: did that bug you? It does to some people. Can never please everyone.

I didn't realize that "old lady who had a tough life (cancer, having to leave her son, getting abused by jobgiver, jail, ...) and was dying due to pancreatic cancer", which is all stuff that happened episodes ago was a spoiler. So you are B1tching about me repeating was the person above me stated, yet you don't b!tch to him. "Kudos"
I can’t get my head around why they were so proud just by killing an old and very sick lady. Like how hard can…

Having been raised in Europe, I can tell you that a standard European can tell immediately that the swastika in the series got nothing to do with the Hitlerian movement. I am guessing that you were NOT raised in Europe.
Man, except for the people being wacked, this stuff is a commedia dell'arte (pigeons, shaman, credulous head of paper, tenants, ...). I didn't understand why the "shaman"'s scribe wrote in Korean and used western numbers rather than traditional Chinese ideograms. Seemed un-shamanic to me.

Don't worry, I understand polyglot situations, being binational, growing up in a different country, and with grandparents with additional enrichments. Too old to fully learn a new language, I am grateful to Asian productions (well, the Polish "The mire" is VERY interesting, and the "Barbarians" in Latin and oddly in Hochdeutsch - rather than the Germanic spoken at the time - is almost OK), for often proposing culturally/intellectually interesting material.

Hi, glad to see your comments. Truth be told, I glanced at your profile before writing this, and noticed that your a tough critic, I guess, looking for a real plot, developed characters, and possibly adequate music. Your 6 is a hard-earned 6, and many popular shows don't make it that high. Nothing wrong with that. In your criticism you evaluate what stands out, and you are certainly right in saying that it was not flawless and some characters needed some work. You remind me of some tough teachers I had in high-school. One of them taught me English (didn't speak it until then).
Overall this light-feelgood series deserves way more than than paltry 7.6 rating. Shame on the cynical/hollywoodphile reviewers! Thank God the time travel part didn't turn the series into a mess. Kudos to the writer. Loved the 2 HaNi characters, both very sweet; loved the synchronization of their movements (dancing, eating, etc.). Loved one of the underlying messages: do your utmost to improve yourself. The dad did it from even beyond the grave! Possibly the only regret was not to see JiEun's child. The shooting during COVID-19 restrictions may be responsible for that.

They gotta suffer first (already did that to the mom's killer).
VERY risky.

We know Vincenzo will pull through (there are 6 episodes to go). The question is HOW.
PS Paolo troia.
