I didn't hate the series. I found it to be meaningless.
It's meaningless because the RX company didn't need to infiltrate the mission, as it could have sent its folks, thus eliminating the raison d’être of the series.
Coupled with the physical/ bio impossibilities presented, what is left is pondering the future of water, which is a serious problem on Earth. That's possibly the only positive side of the series.

Watch till the end, and you'll see that the target is the hypocrites, some of whom don religious garbs and willingly misunderstand God.

Excellent point. I think that she is using the daughter and son against the mother to make them realize who/what the mom is (the grandma is another piece of work!), and thus become independent.

We got words in the dictionary for such folks, words also used for her nurse colleague "taking care" of dying folks in the hospital, getting paid for it and inheriting stuff afterwards.

Something about cheating does make a lot of sense.
Perhaps she mentioned something about the whole family indulging in cheating: LiSa, her mom and others (the dad doesn't look clean, the witch grandma hides something, LiSa's uncle appears to have gone through jail for something, ...).

He should have figured it out by himself a loooong time ago: he is supposedly the best medical doctor around and can't tell a man from a woman! If I were a patient, I would change to a more competent doctor.

Of course, compliments to the actors, especially the female ones (Kim BoYeon, the witch in Love ft. Marriage Divorce returns as a witch). However, most of the male actors, e.g., Choi WonYoung, look right now somehow inert.

It's no coincidence. Certain plots develop fragmentary, and that hospital resurfaces in episode 2 with a guy, who would link the two female leads.

Instinctively - as an older male (go ahead, call me dirty old man!) - I would go for a moment in which their painting student-teacher relationship turned very intimate. It could be something else, or it could be a whole complex of things, that had been buried for a reason.
