Thanks Sey and I couldn't agree with you more!! I can't believe they wasted all these episodes on meaningless conversations and our lead female still has that lost deer in headlights look on her lol...even if they just end at their reunion scene at the moon lights festival I will be content but I'm seriously doubting it now seeing what they have chosen to show in these past episodes...such a shame!!

The book wasn't intended to be a romance novel either but it had romance elements sprinkled throughout. And by them omitting some of the crucial scenes/plots between Xinger and YWY they fall short on portraying what the main original purpose of our heroin and that is abolishing slavery and fighting for freedom. I've yet to see that shown in the drama yet, like Xinger had this dream of fighting for slaves like her and then she conveniently forgot. At least in the book they show that in the end the home town and kingdom that YWY and Xinger live in is the one that is free of slaves...i am getting disappointed in the direction that this drama will end...:(

So so sad Linh!! Their reunion after the lake is sooo endearing and they have decided to waste episodes upon episodes on crazy people lol...I think the rumor of a 2nd season is more plausible at this point but if the original cast isn't returning it's worthless because there's no one else who can play my ice man other than Kenny Lin lol...so hopefully Vegas will distract me from this obsession for a few days!! I'll keep checking on the comments for updates though hahaha...

That's an interesting point but I don't think xinger is that thoughtful toward YWY yet...:(

Urghh I agree with most of you here that this drama started out so good but they have also wasted so much time on irrelevant subplots...there were so many touching scenes and dialogs in the book between Xinger and YWY and if they don't show those at the end it's really a waste...and I don't really care who kills the king lol he and his daughter are both cray cray now they just need to disappear!!

omg I couldn't agree with you more!! There's sooo many unfinished business here I don't know how they will tie it all up and I feel like the past few episodes were spent talking about nonsense!! And how about Mr. Wu?! How come Xinger hasn't come find him yet to learn about her past now that she's in Yan Bei?! Did she forget about her original intention of going to YanBei and that's to find out about her past?! I don't like what they've done with this angle in the drama...like we've already gone 60 episodes in and our lead has somehow forgotten to search for her true identity?!

omg link the picture please?! If they played out how it's described in the book that scene is pretty heart breaking. Basically after jumping after him into the lake Xinger caught his hand and wouldn't let go even though YX had a rope around a waist trying to yank her out. YWY used up all of his last energy and pulled her in for a kiss as an effort to distract her to loosen up her grip and then pushed her out of the water...I was like in tears at this scene...only after this that Xinger realized that YWY is her light and without him around her life was so dark and gloomy...:(

hahaha I remember those days too when I was younger, my mom used to watch those Hong Kong movies dubbed in Vietnamese, I only saw a few, but never got addicted to them or anything and then later when I was living on my own I mostly watch just Kdramas here and there...until Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms and Princess Agents!! Ohh yah I've heard that it's the same voice actor and omg his voice is sooo sexy!! And it's so fitting of the cold characters being portrayed!! My hubby thinks I've been nuts too since I stay up all night reading and then he would find me crying and laughing to myself lol...:D

ohh I know right?! There's too much dialog going on in these episodes I just want the lake scene already so we can move past it and onto some Xinger and YWY love!! :D

Hmm I actually don't know if it will be dubbed in Vietnamese, I usually don't watch dubbed dramas (my mom does though lol) since I like to hear the actual voices of the actors. Honestly this drama is literally my 2nd Cdrama, I've been mostly watching Kdrama (English subbed) but somehow got introduced to Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms a month ago and then when I was watching MVs on youtube this one popped up as recommendations and then I saw how good looking the actors were I had to check it out and it has CONSUMED my life!! I love the voice of the YWY character so much, it's so deep and soothing!! He's really a dream boat!! :D

Honestly my Vietnamese was not too good prior to this but because of my crazy curiosity for this drama I pushed myself to read lol...reading Vietnamese used to give me a headache but you can say I trained myself to get better at it because of this drama...:D

You are very welcome!! I've been a zombie since this drama came out!! I actually read the book because I couldn't wait to find out what happens to our main leads and then what came after were nights and nights of no sleep!! My coworkers were even asking me if I was feeling alright because I had hollowed eyes and pale skin lol...but now I don't know how they are going to end the drama I really hope they would give us some of Xinger and YWY happy moments...ohh and YWY built a palace for her and named it "Xing Yue" which means "Star Moon"...he's just the BEST and I really need my hubby to take lessons from him hahaha!! ;)

She won't really leave YX and realize her true feelings until YWY falls into the lake so I'm really anxiously awaiting for YWY to fall into that lake already so we can have a time lapse and have them reunite!! :)

At first she went traveling around and then ended up spending some of that time in Liang state with Xiao Ce...There's also a funny part where after she left Liang palace she set up an inn or something and then YWY later revealed to her that there was an inn across from her and that was owned by Xiao Ce and another inn behind hers and that was owned by YWY...I laughed so much reading that dialog because I can totally imagine YWY and Xiao Ce's friendly rivalry for the woman of their dreams, but in the end they both wanted to protect her...:)

Ohh forgot to add that Xinger's reaction to this part was really funny too...she thought to herself "ohh so those are the 2 inns I saw popping up...I thought they were my competitors but they never had any customers." These 2 guys Xiao Ce and YWY were really comical in how they went about stalking our Xinger...;D

LoL I know right?! I want him to jump into the lake already because that's when Xinger will realize her true feelings for our ice man YWY!! I really wish they would film all of scenes toward the end of the book and the chapters after the book ends because there are some really sweet scenes in there!! :)

This is the breaking point between Xinger and YanXun. In the previews you see this scene where Xinger bows down to YX, according to the book, this scene is where Xinger begs YX to not kill YWY and she says something like "if YWY dies on YanBei soil I will never forgive you." And actually according to the book, YWY was heavily injured at this point and when he was running away he fell into the lake and Xinger ran after him and jumped into the lake to save him. YX lassoed a rope around her body to pull her out of the lake and YWY also used up all of his energy to push her out of the lake and then he slipped under...after this, Xinger realized the one she truly loves is YWY and left YX after this and went traveling around...

I have been addicted to this drama and had to register here so I can participate in the discussions. Don't know how to get back to my real life after this drama ends, I will likely end up watching all the fan made MVs lol...love love ice man YWY!! :D
