Title Crush
it's not the best show i've ever watched but there is something about it i swear to god. lin yanjun and wan peng…
I have to agree. The leads looked like they have done several dramas together. I actually wish they work together on future dramas.
On Forever and Ever Sep 23, 2021
I love the relationship between the lead characters and with their sidekicks. Their parts were well covered by very talented actors. The romance building was steady and clear that only the leads should be with each other. The love rivals lost before it began. The story got stale near the end when the sub plots wrapped up with too many cliches in the ending. But, I liked the irony of the dynasty family members looking down on the common less prestigious families when they were hiding enough dirt to create three or four spin-off trash dramas! 8/10

This is the right balance of joy and tears that makes a great drama! No wasted characters and great charisma and chemistry between the cast. 9/10

Not very romantic. Mostly irritating. Very little chemistry between the leads. The male lead plays his part well. His character deserved better. 7/10

I admit there are alot of cute moments between the couples and the story was interesting. But it got boring after…
There are too many slow motion blurry edged scenes with couples facing each other from a distant. They feel romantic in the early episodes. It gets stale in the middle. That’s when I started skipping scenes.

This dark movie feel of this drama makes me realize my life is sunshine and lemonade springs! It’s like I should stop complaining, stop comparing to others doing better and be grateful my life is not worse. So, I’m looking forward to the following episodes.
On Walk Into Your Memory Sep 1, 2021
Clearly, the beginning and middle draw you into the drama. That’s the best of this drama. The last 8 to 10 episodes were boring. There was too much focus on head chef and his romance issues that amounted to nothing. The ending should have been better in unraveling a mystery that was so obvious that they didn’t need to drag it out with all that misery. Barely an 8/10.

It’s worth watching once even though the theme is the standard CEO and struggling girl drama. I skipped a few of the love triangle side characters and their scenes. I didn’t get bored because i knew what to expect. It’s no worse than others. 8/10

The is a cute modern drama with happy endings for many and that’s unusual in a Chinese drama. The chemistry between the leads is very good. The storyline is the typical rich CEO falling for the hard working common girl. It’s a fated to love you story that’s entertaining to watch to the end with a little skipping because of the length and sone cringe. 8/10

Let me just watch this epic trailer 10 more times because this is as good as it gets. So much hard work going to waste on a server!
On My Dear Guardian Jul 4, 2021
I dropped it after episode 2. I watched it the day it aired for the leads. Then, put it aside. I was put off by their exaggerated acting and the silly storyline. It would be more acceptable if they tried for a comedy. I just can’t take these characters seriously as doctors or military personnel.
On The Day of Becoming You Jun 23, 2021
Wait! This came out of nowhere and I couldn’t be happier! This is a light breath of fresh air compared to the recent modern romantic dramas. Steven Zhang is a born comedian! He and Liang Jie look like close friends who decided to make a drama together and give it their best effort because the chemistry is enviable. I have seen only 7 episodes and already regretting it will end.

Why do people rate a drama so early? I always wait until i finished the drama to rate it.
I usually wait until about 20 percent of the viewers give their drama ratings before I pay attention. This gives me a feel of how the drama is doing before it ends. Bad endings can kill the ratings of a good drama. The drama Princess Agents is a good example, a great drama until the very last episode where it collapsed.

In the above poster of this drama, Steven Zhang looks a lot like Park Hyung Sik. I don't know how he originally…
Watch the trailer for the drama Go Ahead. He’s the one on the toilet. There are several views of him in the trailer. Btw, I highly recommend Go Ahead.
On When We Are Together Jun 16, 2021
It’s a good solid modern drama worth. It has some tropes like the stressful youth years, rocky marriages generational conflicts and helicopter moms. But, it all came together at the end even with several filler scenes starting at the mid-20’s episode numbers.
The cast portrayed believable characters. The three grandfathers are flawless like the dialogue is unscripted. The 3 main leads characters have distinct personalities. Their early development is come on shown in multiple flashbacks.
The focus is on family, couple’s daily relationships drama and much less on any cute romance.
There are few teenagers and college age characters except for the grandchildren of the three families. So, not a lot of time spent on character development for them until the late middle and ending episodes. 8/10
On Shao Xing Ying Jun 14, 2021
She is really too older looking compared to the role she played in Maid Escort. She can’t pass for a young teenage bride. She looks more like an older aunt in the drama. So, playing coy and coquettish young girl comes off cringey.
