Jiang Si and his brother are going there to visit their sister. Jiang Si is worried about her, since the next victim in her pas life was her.

In his previous life, he has never returned to the capital. And in this one, he was there, as if looking for somebody. And then he rescued her when she fell into the river and he brought her to the inn. Later he explained this to his servant saying "I kept her to let her know me".

I am glad to see such a FL character.. she is awesome, and a good match for ML.

I thought that in "The Rise of Ning" , Zhang Wanyi and Ren Min had a lot of chemistry. It was odd, because when promoting the series, Zhang Wanyi seemed to be very cold, and like constantly irritated by Ren Min for something.

On the contrary, he seemed to get along very well with Wang Churan during the promotions of the series.

He didn't know what she did before... but I was shocked to see that too.

I am wondering now if he has memories from their previous life... It seemed that he didn't remember, but perhaps he is hiding something too.

That was my thought too.. problem solved and they lived all happily ever after..

I enjoy this drama very much, but you will see after 1-2 episode if you like it (it gets better and better..).

ML plays (until now), a not very mature man, but who is very quick minded and determinate when it comes to action. Sometimes he seems to be too rushed to act, without thinking much about strategy, but I don't know if he is really like this, or he is hiding a more scheming and thoughtful personality. He seems to be very fond of FL, and helps her whenever he can.

FL has a very feminine character, and she is much more mature than her supposed age (it's a rebirth story). She is not a martial artist... but very clever, strong minded, good-hearted, caring, devoted to her family and has the ability of strategic planning. She loves ML (who was her true love in her previous life).

It's a good show to watch, I hope it will keep this quality till the end. :)

Both characters are very good in my opinion.

I find it entertaining, and hopefully it will have a happy ending!

It's faster paced, than "Are you the one", but it's at least as good. This is not as action filled as "Wonderland of love", but I like this one better.

He has such a good character, this is the first time I see a second ML like this.

It's not draggy at all, on the contrary. FL is awesome, ML is getting very likeable too as the story develops. Their relationship is developing too. There is a SML but there isn't any love triangle, as FL doesn't love him.

I understand that it can be very frustrating, since it is supposed to be an adaptation. On the contrary, we non readers are just happy what we get, as it's a brand new story for us. ;)

Maybe people who read the novel aren't satisfied that the series hasn't the same story and characters, and down rated it.

I didn't read the novel and I think the series merits at least 8.5.
