This is a really good light drama, I enjoy it a lot. The visuals of main leads are stunning together, good acting too. I will give it solid 9.5

It’s okay, I know they’re using their own voices when I wrote the comment. That’s why I didn’t mention about dubbing. I read the comments here about them using their own voices but I don’t like both voices.

lemme watch the whole 1st episode to judge again. But I will still watch this because I have been waiting for it. I like both leads, and the production was from Ashes of Love & Skate Into Love. That’s soemthing to look fowards to.

I’m just saying they both sounded bad. There’s a reason why dubbing is popular. 1st, because of the many accents in China, 2nd because the real actors don’t have attractive voices. I said what I said, you don’t have to agree with me geez

I wish they extended romance between Sunian and Shao Xue, like they started romance on ep25 but way before that, they’re already like high school friend-sweethearts tbh but it picked up like express love on ep25 above lol like SML said, ML FL they progressed so quickly hahah like the next level in relationship came straight to bed😂 but they’re really cute tho, when they started dating. The break up came fast too. I wish they started sooner, like more than 2nd half they took for the main couple to date. I skipped A LOT tbh I just went straight to main couple scenes. Thank god for the comments here, I know to focus on eps25 above.
The family stories are heartwarming tho, just that if you’re not into it, you will find it boring.
FL is childish yes but it’s because she’s too pampered imo like everyone doted on her. She acted like a child too during their school years so some may find her unbearable. But I have seen a lot of youth dramas with character like her so I’m just okay with it, I digged her chemistry with ML. I want a childhood sweetheart like Sun Nian hahaha.

I just want to say Nan Xiang Wan is so pretty especially when she wore her summer dress

I don’t like the voices used for ML FL, I like both but the voices ain’t it. Anyway I still look forward to this since I like Li Landi and Chen Xing Xu.

I can ignore anything else in this drama because I like to see ML FL when they’re together, so pleasing to the eyes. And quite good acting. I can’t wait for ep12 from the trailer, what’s with the clothes flying around? lol
and FL you better have a wake up call after the whole mess with TH trying to kill you later on because this time you will actually remember!
I still have faith because synopsis saying that she will learn from her mistake, or else I’m gonna mental murder the writer🙄

yes2 she’s actually smart but she always see the good in people first before judging them, too kind for her own good. I like her, pretty & she can do martial art scene well. Her acting is natural too, no childish baby voice sh*t haha

I want to praise Huang Riying for her believable performance doing martial art scenes. Some c-actresses I saw look too weak doing this kind of scene, they look too dainty and their moves look bad, even some high traffic actresses look bad doing wuxia. HRY as Ye Xi gave justice to her character. She’s so pretty looking, at first I though she will look ridiculous doing wuxia but she did well. She can look fierce doing the moves, so good job. She should take more wuxia drama.
And people be calling her dumb for making same mistakes but no one is really telling her anything about her past especially Bai Yue who kept her in the dark. She’s just good natured with high moral for her own good. She didn’t even remember what she did wrong and some people expect her to learn from it lol learn from what?
I like how tough she is, good at doing believable martial art. Even her xianxia moves didn’t look funny so I’m okay with it. She’s actually quite smart but too kind to others. Most of the times she didn’t even like the guys she helped, she just pitied them.
Horay for more Bai Yue/Ye Xi on ep9-10 since they’re finally togethet again in the valley.

She’s the main highlight of this drama so far, best acting from her as well lol I get why ML fans are annoyed😅

so far there’s 5 men FL had ambiguous relationships with, 2 died so far. 1 will be on his way. The two left would be Bai Yue & Prince Cang Xi. These two at least truly like her for who she is… not for her power or with any ulterior motives. She didn’t look like she has feeling for anyone so far, like she’s kind to everyone lol
I wish I can see more Ye Xi & Bai Yue on ep7-8, I just wang to see them on my screen because they have chemistry. I need to know what happened between them.
So she went into the palace as a guard, not a concubine.

not all of them genuinely like her tho, they want power from her and took advantage of her kindness. I think only ML Bai Yue and prince Cang Xi truly love her but the prince seems obsessed.

at least try to watch till ep4, I found it interesting so far because I’m curious about all the secrets ML is hiding from FL.

omg same, I also think the marriage in the trailer is a flashback. Like he’s so devoted to her like a husband or lover will do. Tang Yang’s betrayal had been revealed but I think there’s still more to it considering there’s scene of him and his dead wife with Ye Xi, must be related to the dead crown prince as well. This drama actually had hidden secrets to it and no one really cleared it up to Ye Xi, so she’s like being kept in the dark all the time. It’s interesting.

lol you don’t watch the drama, it’s obvious… she only died twice. And it’s obvious Bai Yue is hiding a lot of secrets from her & it’s not revealed yet. I highly suspected they were lovers or even husband/wife.

agree! I have seen her other work before this and she definitely can act. In this drama, her martial art scene also looks believable. Some actress looks weak doing wuxia scene but she pulled it off well. Plus she’s gorgeous.

FL is a fairy, remember she created her own travelling pass from vegetable? She can easily get her own sword haha

same I’m team shallow too, both main leads are too good looking to look at, I can’t even focus when they’re on screen lol
but their acting are also quite good and they have chemistry so it’s all good😂
