She is a singer. A few osts from xianxia dramas are her. One of my faves are from Ashes of Love and The Long Ballad. She has an amazing voice and she is also very beautiful.

It just shows how childish and immature he is compared to TY who's not sulking in pain and yes, unlike BXS, TY doesn't broadcast his kindness.

Not sure if there has been enough credit to the dubber for TY. Most often, I find the dubbers not fit the actor at all with the occasional rare one that does and their tones are perfect for the lines. Dubber for TY is absolute perfect for Neo. They match his expressions, the scenes, the lines. It makes you love the character even more.

That he's her adopted father

I don't mind him too much. Much of the humor surrounds him. Far worst SMLs than him that have you really want to skip scenes.

There are so many things I love about Tian Yao - the guy has so much self-restraint. Even when things are being said as completely wrong and painful, he just holds it in. BXS deserved that beating. What SY did to TY wasn't just the betrayal - it was a cruel form of torture.

Perhaps YH's reactions to BXS' annoyance is what keeps us from skipping those scenes. :)

I keep on replaying BXS shoulder reveal scene and his best attempt at flirting with YH. I burst out laughing numerous times from just those short few seconds and his violin for BGM. This episode rivals the one earlier that's full of comedy (when YH got mood swings).

A serious path of redemption will ensue. Some pretty heartbreaking lines to come. He's not going to relentlessly pursue her and beg for forgiveness.

OMG! That's his BGM. The 10 second happiness to soul being crushed by YH after effect.

The best way to burn a man in xianxia universe! I just laughed so hard seeing first TY geniuely didn't know why YH reacted that way and then BXS being wholly rejected by YH during the 'strip' scene. I couldn't handle the comedy. We need a BTS of that moment.

My heart broke a couple times for TY today. But that tear rolling down his face, that made me cry on the inside.

They probably didn't anticipate the outrage because that scene was in the ending credits as well so the shock wasn't predicted. I think for us, we didn't know where along the storyline it would come and just as when things were getting more emotionally intense for the leads, this happens and to it that way. ugh

Yeah, it's like "I understand you but that doesn't mean I have to agree/accept it".

In the history of xianxia, I've never seen a bad guy (who wasn't an antihero) being treated that way especially by a FL. Absolutely no fear in her when he's like "I control your life from now on, can take it anytime"..

I think what he actually did was replaced the heart protection scale with his dark aura to extend YH's life. Without it, she still dies. Not really saving but just another 'puppet' to be

That actually makes more sense. He went to battle thinking he would die so if he expected to live to come back and save YH, it wouldn't make sense. Then the urgency to find her in the 3 days is not really to save YH but to save himself because if she were to die, then he would die in her place. This likely sets up to the epic scene of where YH gets punished by her master and that punishment would of killed her but because of what TY did to exchange his life, he dies in her place. Oh the angst..

I actually don't think SY is dead. Her body remains in tack but frozen. I've seen one of the trailer clips that she was present when YH gets tied up by her master and about to receive the fatal punishment. There is also another showdown to come between TY, YH and SY. I just feel that because SY wasn't at her top performance (she was significantly weaken from all her magic used to save her unrequited lover) and when TY defeated her, it wasn't as grand as it needed to be for that reason. She will come back and by then, hopefully TY has the rest of his body parts and then the showdown will be more fair.

Thanks! I realized now I shouldn't have asked cuz now I see the spoiler clip and I went from "okay, I can wait until this gets cleared up cuz I know it will happen soon" to "omg, my heart is being stabbed by Tian Yao too. I can't wait for that scene. Why!?!"
