I also hope for the best. So far the premise is good. Too many couples might be an advantage. So, the writer does not feel the need to write unnecessary events to fill the episodes. It happens when there is only one or two couples. But, with many couples, the task would be easier. About the acting, we have some good actors. Rest are kinda new. They will improve as the episodes go by. To be honest, you don't expect great acting from a weekend drama. Decent acting is fine. As long rest of the things are okay. I have high expectation for this drama. Lets hope for the best.

I think the first two episodes were very good. It was a promising start. We had good family bonds. Every character seemed likable. Even the supposedly antagonist characters did not seem too bad. Maybe this is the first time after 3-4 years, I'm really looking forward to watching a good weekend drama.
Many couples, so far I like all the pairs. From the character poster of the drama, these are the couples I found. Please correct me if I am wrong (I don't understand Korean, just found this info from the character poster)

6. Ju Sil (FL's mother) x Ja Dong (Eagle Brewery manager)

ML's son is the only one without a love interest. Hope the writer finds somebody for him. The drama seems very interesting. I'm looking forward to the next 24 weeks.

Hope we get a good weekend drama this time. The last few dramas were disappointing.

Very good drama. However, I didn't like the last episode. Too many overdramatic and unnecessary things at the end. But still, overall it was a very good drama. This drama is seriously underrated. It is more like an 8.5-rated drama to me.

This is not One Piece subreddit, where you get thousands of comments everyday, lol

I hope, there is a season 2 in the plan. But I also expect season 2 to be not that good like season 1. I like the characters too much. I just want to see them together again.
Yeah, the brother is not dead. I hope he was dead. Don't want to see him again. About the other dude, most probably a high official or noble man. The dress the brother was wearing when meeting him implies that he is a nobleman, probably related to palace politics. Can't guess if he has good or bad intentions. He was wearing a blue ring. I think I saw someone wearing the same/similar blue ring somewhere in the drama. I can't remember.
Let's hope, we get another season for this drama.

Btw, I saw Wen Yue had a younger brother. I saw Dong Qian only killing her parents. Is her younger brother alive? Did they say something about him?

Well, the orderer sent notes threatening the family. Also, the assassin tried to kill her before. I'm not sure if the orderer wants no harm. But you are right, the orderer could be someone close to them. And he could easily harm the family if he wants. Let's see. We don't have to wait too long.

Well, I agree with you. I also want her to come back to home. That is probably the smart thing to do. But I also think, orderer or whoever else is not the main issue here. Her character is still haunted by the past. Her husband accepted her as she is and she was. But, she is not confident that all other members of the family would accept her. If she stays with them, they will find out. She is afraid to face it. Also she doesn't want any harm for them. She thinks it would be better for her to have less interactions with them. I think, the writer wants to show some sort of character development for her. Anyway, I don't think she will continue for too long. I hope, she will come back home in the next episode.

Gu Zhen x Lady Wang, a new couple in the making. They are hilarious

I think, after the family dinner (probably in the next episode) she will go back to Zhao residence. Mo'er will also go back. I think, besides talking about sibling's father, Wen Yue will also tell about her hidden background to the family.

My new favorite drama. Love this. Great cinematography and everything about this drama is beautiful. I like the couple's interactions. Siblings are also very interesting. Cases are good (could be better though) and there are a lot of comedic moments that are genuinely funny. And, Bai Baihe as FL is a treat to watch. All the other characters are good too.
It seems like not many people are watching this drama now. The drama deserves more recognition.
