Wow, that is some well-thought scriptwriting. We saw more romance in the recent episodes. The main couple's chemistry is just going off the charts in the last few episodes.

Oh, that's great. I also hope, Hongdou takes the B&B herself. That just suits her previous experience, and she might be the best person to run a hotel. I also remember she saved some money to buy an apartment (she said something like that). She can also invest too. Hong takes care of the Hotel thing, while Yao takes care of other things. That is just perfect.

haha. I think the drama is hugely underrated. It deserves more recognition. More people need to enjoy this drama and we can share the same joy while watching it. Just a bit promoting if I can.
Actually, I was telling the truth. The first few episodes are the introductory episodes. The new characters got introduced. After you get to know the characters, your enjoyment increases a few folds. You will love each conversation with these characters and love every single minute and every single moment of the drama. Also comparing with last few episodes, last few episodes were really on a different level.

Great writing, if possible, why not write a review for this drama. In this way, others can see the review. This comment will not appear in the first page tomorrow when another 200 comments will be added here. Maybe you can use the same writing that you used for these two comments. Just cut some sentences and add a few. Just a suggestion. Also, only if you have the time. Anyway, great write up.

I didn't expect that at all. She looks so funny in Qinqin character. Being the daughter of the owner of Huawei corporation, got a CS degree from Harvard. But now she is doing a small role in this drama as Qinqin. Seems like she found her true self (as like the name of the drama- Meet Yourself)

Wow, the review was totally on point. I think I remember her reviewing other dramas before. She gives a lot of negative points about other dramas. But here she said, she did not find any negative point. Her different takes on this drama show that she is an experienced reviewer.
About the rating, she gave 2.5 (3 is the maximum, -3 is the minimum). This is only halfway, so she said at the end the drama rating could be 2 or 3.

Actually, I think Nana and XiaXia really could happen. I happened to watch a trailer or video in youtube where there was a glimpse of Nana's backstory. Nana's car stuck somewhere near to village. Then XiaXia came to help her. Thats how they met. Maybe later, Nana decided to stay in the village.

So, there is a potential out there. But it will be slow. Maybe in the last episode, we might see Xiaxia ask Nana for a date and Nana agree. Something like that.

EP 25 & 26- It hurt when Hongdou was leaving. I couldn't bear to see her leaving. I feel for Yao. He was completely heartbroken. I was same heartbroken as him. I feel when Nana was crying while eating rice noodles alone. Both Damai and Hongdou leaving. It hurt a lot to us, same for her.

I know all the Youfeng yard tenants will leave someday. They are not the residents of the village. They have their own goal, own ambitions. Reaching that is a happy ending for them. They need to go outside to get that. But I can't just bear to see them leaving.

it's astonishing that, how this drama used so many themes in it. You will find your life story in this drama. There is hardly anyone who can't relate himself/herself with at least one of the stories of the drama. Incorporating so many themes and still making it so fun to watch. This is top notch screenwriting.

And the drama keeps getting better and better. After 18 episodes, you will love it 2x or 3x more.

I don't know. Viki is showing ep 19 and ep 20 to be released on Wednesday. I hope they release ep 19-23 quickly. But the chances are very low. Worst case, due to Chinese holidays, they might lag behind more in subtitling episodes.
